Never been more happier/reassured with a faculty. I started my son here when he was less than a year old and have loved every teacher/classroom he’s been in. Director Stephanie is a true professional and knows exactly how to run this faculty!

Had our son here for almost 4 years and pulled him recently due to continued lack of attention to the documented physical abuse our son was experiencing from a select few other kids. It’s a shame because there are some good teachers here. Unfortunately the the district supervisor down to the management at this center have a General careless and lazy approach, especially considering the platform they promote and the monetary investment they ask from the families. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Great people and I trust them to take care of our son, very clean inside, not sure why all the bad reviews ,we used to take our other two kids there years ago and we never had any problems, lots of activities to do ,they use this app where u can track how your kid is doing, what he ate when, how long they sleep etc, kids will get sick when they go to daycare, thats the nature of it,nothing u can do about it.

I could not be more happier with La Petite! The staff is so wonderful! My son is in love with his teachers and he is always excited to come to learn and play with his friends. I feel comfortable knowing my son is safe when I leave him there. The live feed that is available is the best part; I can always see what my guy is up to! You can also have a live chat with the teachers, if need be. The curriculum is fantastic and effective. Shout out to Mrs. Stephanie (Director) Mrs. Christy, Mrs. Dana, and Mrs Jasmine! I can go work and know my son is loved and safe. Thank you all so much!

I attempted several OTHER daycares with my son and had some pretty horrific experiences. I was very hesitant to send him to a public daycare again Until I came here. We have been attending school here for over two years and I couldn’t ask for a better group of staff to become like family. Everyone is so kind and understanding. The teachers have always went above and beyond to tend to the childrens needs. I highly recommend this facility!

We have nothing but good things to say about this place! We’re so grateful for the ladies working and taking care of my son. Most mornings he doesn’t even notice me leave since he’s made friends . I love that we can check video cameras in the classrooms and we get notifications all day of what they do, eat, sleep , bathroom. I was so scared to start taking my son to daycare after having him but this place has put me at peace. I know my son is in good hands!

Not what you expect. Just like any other daycare center so glad my daughter doesn't go here anymore. Just be aware when you put your child in these day care.

High turnover rate with staff. My son was constantly sick and his behavior changed when switched to a different class room. Staff can be rough with the way they handle the little ones and overall just a disappointing experience. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My daughter really enjoyed interacting with the other kids. Stephanie was super helpful. The teachers all seemed great. Only reason we decided to stop our care was because my daughter wound up dehydrated after not peeing the entire time she was at daycare. I was not informed by staff. It was documented on Brightwheel, but usually I'd expect to be even contacted after the 2nd time she had no pee. Anyhow, my daughter wound up in the pediatric unit hospitalized 2 days to get her hydrated and was dangerously dehydrated. Anticipating in the future they will notify parents in a situation like this. The director took care of the last week that was owed.. which I expected since she wasn't there and we endured hospital fees etc. Otherwise. Like I said, they were all so nice. My daughter felt so happy to go and excited. Ran inside.

Meet basic needs but don't invest much in interacting with the kids or encouraging development, at least not with mine.

First of all, I want to start with saying that I normally do not write reviews, but this is one that I feel families need to be aware about. My son has gone to La Petite- Lake in the Hills for day care since he was 12 weeks old and now he is almost 17 months. This school, unlike many others, has live stream video so we are able to see what is happening through out the day. An incident occurred with my son being handled VERY roughly (in my opinion) by a teacher there. It was sickening to see and I immediately took him out once I witnessed the event. It is rather disheartening that the teacher acted this way to a small child knowing cameras are watching at all times. Please families that go there, check the cameras when you are able to (especially for the young ones who cannot communicate just yet). I do not want ANY child to be handled the way my son was *** I am sure many of you have had good experiences there and I know there are teachers/helpers there that are awesome with kids. This review does obviously not reflect them***

This location is absolutely amazing. The director is on the ball, always aware of things and active in the day-to-day, which isn’t always the case in daycares. The teachers are phenomenal, bright and friendly, really engaged with each child and attuned to the developmental milestones for each particular age group. I cannot think of a single complaint, and would recommend this location, and in my experience, all locations, as a definite candidate for your childcare needs. Take a tour and see for yourself, but IMO it blows KinderCare out of the water when comparing staff.
