It was my first time looking for an employer through a domestic agency. A friend of mine recommended Magdalena with JoyCare Agency. I submitted an application and after a couple of weeks I found a couple of clients who hired my home organization company for special projects. The hiring process felt very quick and easy. I highly recommend JoyCare Domestic Agency if you are in need of a cleaning person. The communication was quick and JoyCare delivered 3 great candidates to me. I was able to make a decision within my timeline. Magdalena, the owner, really listened to me and we found a perfect match for our new housekeeper. I’ve been working on getting a good nanny job and she has been so helpful. I have interviews set up and hope to land a perfect family to nanny for. There are so many things to say about JoyCare Agency. I contacted the agency in need of a last minute sitter for my daughter and they were wonderful. Magdalena was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. I was referred to JoyCare Agency from my neighbor who also had a great experience with this childcare agency. If you are looking for a nanny position I totally recommend JoyCare Domestic Agency. Five star doesn’t seem like enough. Magdalena and her team were awesome. They didn’t stop until they found me a perfect family that fitted my busy school schedule.
