The salon is beautiful and Traci is wonderful! I actually went in for a perm, yes I said perm! And I love it!!! When I called to make the appointment she asked me a lot of questions about my hair, and now I know why. She didn't want me to have any false expectations. It wasn't just about gaining a new client but she wanted to make sure that I would know what I was getting and be happy with it. I will definitely be going back and I've already recommended her to my sister and some friends. I almost forgot to mention that my husband loves it too! Thanks so much Traci!!!

Took my daughter here for a hair cut and style (she had a school dance afterwards so she wanted it blow dried afterwards), I’m not sure if the stylist had a bad day or what, but she was weirdly combative with what haircut my daughter wanted. She showed the stylist a pic and I know not every haircut can be replicated on every person, but it didn’t seem that difficult if a cut, so I just let it go and asked her to trim all her layers up. She has curtain bangs and asked for them to be trimmed too, which then the stylist started arguing that what she had were not curtain bangs and started describing something else, even though she’s been to two other stylists before that cut them exactly how curtain bangs were supposed to be cut. I didn’t want her screwing up anything so I just said to trim everything else and leave them alone. She seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t have time for a proper blow dry. The very front looked good but the rest of my daughter’s hair was completely frizzy in the back. It would have totally been fine if it was a regular day, but she had a dance to go to and was looking forward to having her hair look nice, that’s why we weren’t there, to a real salon. Should have gone to Haircuttery or to our regular stylist. She was in tears in the car. I’m sure there are great stylists at this salon, we just got the one that isn’t or was having a bad day.

I received my haircut from Michelle. She is awesome. She really makes you feel at home. I showed her a picture of what I want my hair to be cut she really does listen and she will also give you tips on how she cuts hair. She’s really nice and I would go back again.Services: Haircut

I have been a regular client since the salon opened around 2007. I always leave feeling fabulous.I have done services from coloring, cuts, a blow out style and updos for parties and I have never left disappointed.Dependent on schedule I have worked with all stylists and all have been amazing.
