The customer service is excellent. It was easy to find the exact color I wanted with the sample books. This is the best gel manicure I've had. The stylist was very detailed. She also gave me good information about keeping my nails healthy.
This was my first visit and I will definitely go back!

I have had nothing short of excellent service at this salon. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is clean and inviting.
Lana has always exceeded my expectations and she is so friendly!

Requested style: Pedi and dip
Cleanliness: Under new ownership. I was never in this salon prior to today. I was told new paint, supplies, chairs, tables, a few more modifications and they are done. Place is so crisp and clean.

TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE-
first of all, i came in with a specific picture of what i wanted. the first guy was doing it great, then i noticed he missed a step and i was like “what about this?” he said he was gonna do it at the end. like 20 minutes later i was like “are you still doing it like the pic?” and he got frustrated n threw his hands up in the air. by then 2 hours had already passed and he had to remove half his work. a different lady came to me and she said she wants me to be a happy customer and leave happy. she said she was sorry the previous guy wasn’t listening. i felt so bad because that guy was doing an awesome job he just messed up on one major part. nonetheless i was there for about 3 hours and the lady did a spectacular job! exceeded all my expectations and even did better then the photo. but really, the customer service was amazingggggg i can’t say that enough. they even provided drinks.
also, the lady that did my nails said that customer service is number one when it comes to a buisness. that’s why she tried so hard to make my nails perfect. she said many times that i would leave happy, and that i would love my nails. she wasn’t lying! i think that is very important. anybody that cares that much about their customers, is a very very good business!
