Great service as usual, Luis came out and had my Dishwasher repaired quickly and while he was here I asked him about my ice maker and he looked up an easy fix, he gave me the repair material without an additional charge, now I have both appliances working at a great price.I would highly recommend this company!

Excellent service! Luis arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher quickly and offered us repair options. He was low key, no pressure and his charges were very reasonable. The upper section of my maytag double oven was not igniting. I gave a call and they had someone out later that morning. Parts were in the van, and the repair took less than an hour on site. Service was very professional and friendly. I would gladly do business with them again.Service: Oven repair

My dryer was making an awful noise and was not heating. I called and talked to Luis. He could tell what the problem was by just listening to it over the phone. He came out a day later and was able to repair it in the same day. He provided excellent service and was very professional. Not sure why the lower ratings, as I have used this company for decades. Mike is professional, honest and does good work. If he can't fix it, or if it isn't worth fixing, he will tell you. Look on the NextDoor website and he is the number one rated person when people need appliance work. He just does good work. The only caveat is he gets busy and so sometimes he get hard to schedule.

Every single issue I have had with my appliances over the years has ended with me using these guys to get me the parts I need. Every time I call it's a quick "Yeah, we have them in stock." I hang up and drive out there, get my parts and I am happy! They have never let me down.

This company was chosen by our warranty company and they never showed up. Similar to other reviews that I've seen, they were supposed to come between the hours of 9am and 5pm and we never got a phone call of any kind. Additionally, when you call their number, it goes straight to voicemail, NEVER A LIVE VOICE. If you have a choice on who you could have come and service your applianc, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY unless you value horrible customer service. Now we are back to waiting to get approval to have a different service provider come out and service our broken appliance. This is not how you do business and it's now how your get good referrals and reviews.
