Got the "Love my Car" wash for $19. The did great on several parts of my car, but completely missed cleaning the front and under the mirrors. Will not be going back again.

Apparently if you have crossbars on for your roof rack the scrubbers are turn off. All the way down the center of your vehicle does not get scrubbed. Just spray soap and water. Exit car wash still dirty. No signs or a verbal warning that you will not get an adequate car wash for your money.

I have had a monthly package for over 2 years for 3 cars. This location seems to be closed for repairs more than it is open. Lately, they have been closed for what seems to be 2-3 days per week. Of course, they still take my membership fee without fail. Ridiculous.
