My experience with Don Zdunek was exceptionally incomparable. He is knowledgeable of his work. He's versatile and multitasked loan officer. I had a great experience getting my loan.
I appreciate having my own person to talk to and when I emailed always got replies within a hour. I liked getting a list of what was needed so I always knew where I was in the process.
I dealt with different people and all had the same great attitude and professionalism. I highly recommend Fairway and will use them if I ever need anything in the future.

I literally cannot say enough about Don and his team. He got my mortgage done when 2 other loan officers said there was no way on Earth I'd ever get one. Also, the documentation process was relatively easy for a mortgage. He is truly a miracle worker and I'll never use anyone else. THANK YOU DON!!!

As first time homebuyers, working with Don was excellent. He was able to explain the process to us in an easy-to-digest way. Don is the most hands-on and quick to follow up Mortgage guy I have ever known. He responds quickly (sometimes even after working hours) and does not rest until any issue is fixed!!
His knowledge about the mortgage process and bureaucracy is amazing!! He took my stress away as I was buying my home and I would use him again and again. I would absolutely recommend Don for anyone that wants a stress free mortgage application process.
