Would give 0 if possible. Had my son's prescription sent here. My mom got to CVS, they said they didn't have it then said they did. Wouldn't give a time for completion just "this afternoon". I called to have prescription transferred closer and sat on hold for 16 minutes before hanging up - this lady went to lunch while her phone was ringing. I will be calling back at 1pm. My son has an ear infection and needs this prescription. :(

This CVS is ok,EXCEPT their bathrooms, they are infested with these black fly-like bugs. They are EVERYWHERE you turn. They don't even try to do anything about it. Also, by the drink fridges, it looks like there is MOLD on the wood. That is totally unacceptable. CVS,fix this.

Just save yourself the aggravation and avoid this pharmacy at all costs. In a nutshell, I got 2 text messages while I was out of town that my prescription refill was ready. I went to pick it up and the tech told me they can't get the prescription. The tech then wanted to tell me I never received such a text. It's always something with this place. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. 0/5 stars

CVS processing was so slow that the pharmacist ran my card 4 times within a minute. First ran was approved by bank and showed pending transaction. But because pharmacies ran it 3 more times after the 1st ran, my bank issued fraud alert and declined. CVS said they voided the transactions but they can’t show us voided transactions. And need to wait 3-4 days to be sure pending transaction was voided by CVS. And they hold my son Ashma inhaler. Manager Robert blame the bank but it was his Pharmacist that caused the issue. Pharmacist that ran never say a anything and Manager Robert and another pharmacist never asked the other pharmacist. They just keep saying it was our bank issues and we do not understand. So they blame the customer for their mistakes.

I honestly haven't had problems with this location but yesterday was interesting. I got the medication I needed how ever the manager with the burgundy scrubs and thick curly brown hair is horrific to her employees. The way she speaks to them is ridiculous. The fact that she is rude to them out in the open in front of customers says a lot. I can only imagine how she speaks to them behind closed doors. There were two girls that ended up helping me. The first one was super patient and willing to help me figure out my insurance. But the manager ended up snapping on her and told her to go back to filling bottles and to not help me. So I waited in the "consultation" line which I was standing at to begin with and the manager asked me what I needed and that I can move over to the other line. Although she's the one that sent the girl that was helping me away. (By the way she was in the middle of the pharmacy. She wasn't by the register so it took me a second to even realize she was talking to me.)Then someone else came over and helped me. She was wonderful as well but that same manager had an attitude with this girl as well! The manager questioned what the employee was doing for me. She's very rude and is not pleasant.

Had an appointment for a vaccine at 1245.... Well apparently their closed from 1230 to 1 for lunch. And then when they re-open for lunch at 1... now the immunizer is on "on lunch" till 1:30. Irritated will never schedule a vaccine here again.

I called on 10/22 to fill a prescription and was told it would be ready by 7pm. I went to the store on 10/23 to pick it up and was told they did not have it in stock and I could try back on Monday. I went today, 10/25, to pick the prescription up. It was filled but I was told it could not be sold until the pharmacist verified it. They said the pharmacist was in the break room. After waiting 17 minutes, the techs refused to go get the pharmacist. This store is a very poorly run operation. I will never step back in this store again.

This is a headache of a pharmacy. Zara is great at customer service, but this pharmacy messed up prescriptions for me when I was just released from the hospital, was in MAJOR pain and they had me going for a run around telling me to call hospital, call the prescribing ER doctor (who they claimed was not covered under my insurance), call my insurance, call the clinic, etc. etc.AVOID THIS CVS PHARM AT ALL COSTS. You have been warned.

I had a prescription filled there for a depression med; which I needed-I was in the hospital in Elk Grove village and called with my card over the phone to pay for it, so my daughter could pick it up-it was $95-which my child did not have-explained I was in the hospital and was told that I will have to find a way to come there to pick it up-NOT working with customer! There have to b exceptions in an emergency-

Negative 2 stars!! Frustrating experience month after month. The technicians seem to lose faxes of prescriptions or don't know where to find them. Ive had to call numerous times and even had to have the doctors office call them 2-3 times after they've faxed it over. Currently I am waiting for them to fix a prescription that they messed up and decided to give me a generic vs what what's prescribed. Then told me in order to change it, I'd have to go back to doctors for new blood work and tests. Too many new technicians and pharmacists in there - I want the old ones back. Not going to be going back them anymore, but first need to get my prescription fixed.

It seems there has a been a decline in effort to maintain this location.
