“Some things I really love about this Duluth Trading location: - Great service, friendly associates. - It's a well laid out store, and the employees are constantly straightening, so you can easily find what you are looking for. - Quality, durable merchandise. The clothing items will last a long time. - Easy returns or exchanges. No questions, no hassle. - Pet friendly store. - Clean restrooms. - Soft, "Buck naked" underwear! Unless there are good sales, items are pricier than local competitors, like Cabela's, but again, Duluth sells items that last. There were some great deals here the week of Black Friday. I love the back area where you can sit and check out some of their books for sale, too.”
“I really enjoy shopping at this Burlington location. They have a great selection of purses and home goods. I do wish they had a bigger selection of kids clothes, especially baby clothes. They do have a great selection of adult clothing though. I really enjoy buying home decor and have even purchased some smaller furniture pieces here. Their prices are excellent; I always find really great deals. Highly recommend checking it out if you've never been there!”

“I see stopped in today because their Instagram feed is constantly updated with beautiful things, but also recently they've been sharing some of their fall and Halloween goodies. On my way back to Chicago from Madison I was trying to make it in time to stop here and see what goodies I might want. I did indeed leave with some things and can't wait to put them up come October! But the best part was chatting with the shopkeeper. Lorraine is a gem! I spent more time chatting with her than shopping (I was able to pick out what I wanted straightaway!). Luckily there was no one else in the shop whilst I was there and I didn't keep her too long since I left at 5:00 exactly (quitting time). I will 100% be back because they have too many beautiful things that I want in my house.”

“I stopped at this Burlington location tonight on my way back to Chicago I needed a few things for a family member coming in from Cincinnati Ohio that's fell on some hard times. I typically I'm not a shopper at Burlington I find other stores are more capable of meeting my needs than Burlington. But please allow me to say tonight while I was shopping I needed a particular item in a different size, one of your associates by the name of Austin approached me, and when I was finished explaining what I needed he was very informative and extremely helpful not to mention very kind and more than once he went the extra mile to meet my needs! Because of this let's just say I will be spending more of my money with Burlington department stores, or at least your location. I have always been one that enjoys giving credit to someone when credit is due you guys should be very grateful to have an associate like Austin! I was able to make it back home in time and got all the items that I was searching for to be able to help my family member that is in need all due to the customer service that was provided to me by Austin. “I was so shocked by how tidy the place was. I went in on a weekday afternoon and everything was super organized, even by size. I know how hard it is to keep a clothing store neat, as I used to work in one. A worker greeted me at the entry way and there were others who asked to make sure I was finding everything ok. I always love when people are chipper, nice, talkative but also let you do your thing, and don’t try to sell me something or make me feel like I have to stand there and have a long conversation. I felt so safe in there as they had hand sanitizer at each register and at the door. Thanks, guys!”
“Friendly helpful staff. Clearance section is very big. I wish they organized their products better by size. I tried looking for jeans a few times and they aren’t folded well to show the sizes easily. You have to open and unfold them to find the size. Plus they don’t have a big variety of sizes. The style i wanted was only available in long and had numerous quantity of long and short. Nothing regular. Because of this I order online and return in store which is very easy.”

“Decent store and good art supplies. However, the bathrooms are always locked! I asked the woman up front if she could unlock them and she said she'd call someone. Someone came but they always seem unhappy because apparently it's my fault that they keep them locked and that I have to go to the bathroom. I don't know why they keep them locked but the bathrooms have higher security than bank vaults.”

“As a first time customer, I ordered a blazer from All Seasons Uniform. The price was right and it arrived in excellent condition but I felt the fit wasn't right for me. I called customer service to get return instructions and actually got a person to help me! Nick provided me return instructions and took my order for a smaller size. The new order arrived in a few days and fit me perfectly. Great customer service from this company.”

“I've been to this store a few times with my 13yo daughter. Nice store, always clean, organized. Today I went for a quick return to store credit and was impressed with my checkout experience. Charlie was working and speaking to the customer in front of me. He was very engaged, high energy and called the teen customer 'boss'. I thought that was outgoing of him. Charlie then acknowledged myself next in line. He greeted me with that same excited energy through the return process. Charlie was not a robot employee working. He is excited and chatting with customers. He asked if I was done running errands for the night and hoped I had a great evening. This young man who is about 17 was so engaging. Great job! ??????”
