As soon as my car was dropped off at this location, I was very hopeful because I was updated every step of the way. My car was ready on time, and the work was flawless. “A rock kicked up on the highway and cracked our VW Atlas windshield. Couldn’t get the crack patched because it was over 4”. The VW dealer wouldn’t order a windshield unless we paid for it all up front (even though it was covered 100% by our auto insurance). So, went to Lake in the Hills IL Safelite. Paid $0. Scheduled so they could order the windshield, and it was replaced in two hours. Looks good as new. We ordered new wipers during the windshield replacement too, and the tech let us know our wipers were still good and didn’t need replacement. Honest company and great service. Recommend highly!”
