They never seem to have any paper in the gas pumps for the receipts. You have to go inside to get your wash code and they are always in the back or in the bathroom happens every time I’m here.

So upset and was so close to calling the police but didn't because not sure what they could have done. The last two times I've come to the Bucky's here in LAKE IN THE HILLS, this lady is supposed to be working. We waited 20 min before we started honking and going inside and out looking for who's working & she comes out of the bathroom telling us to relax. Today I had to take my boyfriend to work early , I'm not feeling well and needed cough drops and guess what's open but nobody around ? This same Bucky's. Instead the lady is outside in her car SLEEPING. Ridiculous, if you can't work this shift then don't!

If I could leave a zero I would. They don't have camera's in their "touchless" carwash and when it malfunctions and scratches dragging down your entire car, they act like they care, make you go through hoops to get 2 body shop estimates and send in pictures for them just to reply "sorry no error codes were reported by our machine, speak with your own insurance" I take very good care of my car and their car wash is the only thing to ever leave a mark on it. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone

The old guy behind the pizza counter was so rude and had so much attitude. Also they false advertise because it says slice on their menu but he said they only do whole pizzas. Lady at the register was pleasant though.

Ever hear anyone say "Let's go eat at the Gas Station" Well, usually not unless you live in Texas heading to Bucee's. Today though, we are here to talk about Casey's!! What I've learned from living in the Midwest is Quick over the top heart warming food! From their ;Breakfast pizzas, Handhelds, to their Delicious customizable pizzas to all the great branded snacks & drinks you could think of. Next time you stop for gas, I HIGHLY consider you get lunch too!

Always a good place to stop before or after work. Let me just say that the staff is just beyond amazing. Anthony is always moving and making a point to say hello no matter the time of day. He is always so nice and makes small talk all the time. Malissa is another wonderful person she is always so upbeat. Jakari and kendra are also always so helpful and friendly. This is not just a gas station this is friend station. I lOVE THIS BUCKYS.

Just walked in at 11:30pm.. mind you the doors have signs that say open 24 hours, 7 days a week.. and the rude man behind the counter decided he didn't want to work tonight and yelled at us that they're closed. Yet every light is on and the doors are unlocked. And no sign saying hours have changed.

My whole family loves to shop at Bucky's Express. The kids love the snacks and candy. I love the fountain drinks and the deals. I also appreciate all the effort they are putting into keeping everyone safe right now. They really care about the quality of their products and the safety of their customers.

Bucky's Express is my go-to place for pretty much everything. It's not just a place for fuel, they have an excellent variety of snacks and real food. They are very serious about their cleaning regimen, as well. Great service and very friendly.

My favorite thing about coming to Bucky’s was that they practice safe Covid 19 protocols. All the employees wear masks and so do the customers. I was there when some guy said he didn’t need any mask and there was a cop in the store at the time but he didn’t know it. It was a great thing to watch!

I stop for gas here daily. Lost my card one time. They made sure to spot me the next day and gave it back before I realized I forgot it. So happy they are so honest and helpful.

Thank goodness for Bucky's Express and their great selection of essentials! I ran out of milk and did not want to travel all the way to the box store for one thing. Bucky's prices are comparable and they're so much closer to home.

We only fill the gas tank up here. We also grab coffee and snacks most of the times that we do. I'm really happy that we are able to anchor at this great franchise. They always hire the nicest people.
