“My new go to place for my auto repairs. I had issues with antifreeze leak. I called to get approximate quote on replacing hoses and brought in next day, excellent turn around time. After inspecting my leak, found that it was not the hoses. The quote he gave me on the phone for hose replacement was within 10.00 of the new water pump installation. I was extremely pleased. Company is organized, honest and reasonable. I normally don't leave reviews, but this company definitely earned it. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Will be back!”

“We have been taking all our vehicles, both those for personal use and business vehicles, to RAM Auto for many years. We have always had excellent service! Roger can quickly diagnose the problems, orders parts if needed, and fixes whatever needs to be done. He communicates what things will cost upfront and his prices are always fair. When mice chewed through the electrical tape on my fuel injector harness, Roger told me that many auto makers, in an effort to save money and be environmentally responsible, now use soy based products wiring insulation and tape, which mice love to eat! Apparently this has been happening for about 25 years and the cost savings for the auto makers actually will cost consumers for the repairs for the damage that the mice might cause. GM, Honda, and others all use it. Honda is the only one who I could find that sells capsaicin infused electrical tape to deter the rodents. Not only did Roger replace the harness, but he covered all of the soy base tape with the hot pepper tape. He’s a great guy. I highly recommend going to RAM Auto. You’ll appreciate his friendly and professional service!”

“Crash Champions Lake In The Hills truly went above and beyond to make not only my car whole, but myself as well. The repair process was lengthy due to the extensive damages from a car accident. The communication was always made by CC to make sure I was up to date on the current state of my car and the repairs. Due to back ordered parts and other hiccups they encountered through out the process, it did take much longer then intended. The shop manager Angelo made sure to stay in communication with me directly once he saw the length of time it was taking. He took extra steps to make things as easy as possible on me and made the process of physically receiving my car flawless. So far, the repair of the car itself seems excellent, I do know there is a life time warranty if I ever need to bring it in for any issues in the future, which is also a wonderful gesture of the shop all on its own. All of the staff that I interacted with or had the pleasure of speaking to over the phone were kind, understanding and knowledgeable. “If you have a diesel that needs repaired, this is the place to bring it. The owner, Bill, is a really great guy that you can trust to not overcharge or upsell you like some places do. Definitely has a mom and pop feel to the place. Everyone that I've met just seems like good people. Can't recommend this place enough! “So I just wanna say after reading some of these reviews. I think some of them are over dramatic. If you knew there was something wrong why did you buy it in the first place and then complain later go figure. So I wanna let you all know my experience buying from Auto Focus. First the owner and the employees are very friendly. Second they explain what their cars been though and what was fixed or changed they don’t hide anything. Even though they are sold as is the owner alway willing to take care of his customers. I bought at least 6 car so far from them in the last 5 months all from my kids needed school cars to family members needed a vehicle. Even though the vehicle been fixed they still drive great. Take them for a test drive you can see for your self. And as long as you keep up the maintenance they will last a long time. I bought these vehicles for way cheaper then what they retail for. (Great prices!). So before complaining about a piece of paper or that car was in a accident. Have them explain to you what happened and what was fixed. And go price them out in the real world a see what amount of money you be saving. Also there nobody there by the name Tony. I would always buy and recommend them. If your looking for a Quality vehicle at the fraction of the cost and are not picky check them out and see for your self so you can understand the experience like I had.”

“So I like to say I really think if you go to any repair shop it will be the same price and especially a dealership and my normal shop that I've been going to Schaumburg automatic for years has changed overtime and new the owner and mechanics back then. Very well that knew the family very, very well.
And you and new are vehicles very well so moving onto find a good repair shop closer to home was challenging and so far tuffys been as close to home and I am impressed with the work and able to work with a customer as myself. They work on my equinox , with a full brake job and back rotors ,ect and Cruz and so i'd like to take the opportunity to eat to say thank you for your work.And I hope to continue to be a customer with the quality work that you do.Thank you”
