Thank you Elizabeth! This was the best shipping experience I have experienced!! Never thought I'd be writing a review about the UPS store...but here I am! Elizabeth went so very far out of her way to help me and a friend ship out an odd item. To say my expectations were exceeded is an understatement. BEST!

The best UPS Store around! I could not find a notary until I called the store. Elizabeth was able to help me get what I needed notarized. She was both kind and very helpful. Thank you again!

Extremely helpful staff. When they heard I was mailing my passport they were extra careful and rechecked everything to make sure there were no delays. Overall super accommodating and helpful!

Just the besssssttt!! We love this UPS and look forward to our a little UPS runs with the coffee shop next-door, all the time! They were so nice careful and safe during the pandemic as well.

Whereas "post" is associated with delight in days gone by and the way my daughter and I view it, and her initial delight st a UPS store being conveniently located in our new city and her, now trepidatious, approach yet. There are concerns:The elderly gentleman fails each time to display a couteous demeanor, even when each part of what is necessary for a transaction is present.The co-manager Ray has stated the UPS store dues not have an affiliation with UPS, though it does, UPS is it's parent company.Through unknown means of transit to receipt, multiple packages I'm receiving are cleanly severed on each end of the paper/string tape. These are arriving this way from companies other than Amazon. A more concerned, investigative approach from store personnel would have been naturally expected.Co-manager Kevin is doing his best to represent integrity and workplace professionalism.There are hopes for the store to improve.

The UPS Store #6371 offers the best customer service I've experience in any type of store in years! I was amazed that in the midst of pre-Christmas shipping the pleasant and very competent counter clerk went out of his way to get my package going quickly and helped me save money at the same time! I was in and out so fast I could hardly believe it...and I was smiling.

This is the most customer service oriented business in Lake Forest - Lake Bluff. The counter clerk was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and kind. I was very impressed.

This guys are so great! Every time I go in they always are super helpful and at times I have needed a shipping label printed, always save me the hassle of running home. There is a location closer to my house but will never go anywhere else because their service is top-notch.

Visiting this area from CA. Needed to return some merchandise with UPS return label to the seller. Didn't have access to a printer, cellphone misbehaving and couldn't access my email account. But here at the store, they went above and beyond to help me get it done. I'd give an A+ for their patience! Excellent service! I'm impressed and grateful.
