Hae called ten times and keep getting the out of country contacts. Ask to be transferred to US, phone system always recycles to out of country. Callde factory number, always busy. Don/t they want to sell product?

After 2 months of trying to stop an order and obtain a refund, I am so upset. ALL phone numbers are directed to ************** in the ***********. After 7 emails of promising to fix my problem and a pledge to refund me. Nothing has been done. I have kept a detailed record and I am considering legal action soon. **********
