We came in from out of town 14 hours away. Nikki has excellent customer service. She was so sweet and wecoming as well as helpful. I really can't speak for the others they all lacked customer service skills Noone except for her spoke or ask did we need help. She is the reason my family left we a smile and gave 5 stars. Had it not been for her. It would've been zero stars.

First off, Brenda and Fitzgerald-maybe the same person. I pray that you get the help you need. Like serious help, it will take a big team of professionals to help you.
Anyways, best grocery store in the area by far. Great employees, especially Charlie. Amazing atmosphere and pleasant place to be. We love coming here. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

The Brenda Sellers post is a hoot. I can’t believe you sat here and posted all of that pretentious nonsense just to state a few complaints that you have with the store. No one cares about your daughters life and her degrees. Just get to the point and move on

I called into the Lake Forest location but the manager wasn't there. I spoke to the 2nd person in charge at the time who's name I didn't receive. I asked if they could complete my special request regarding a few items and the person denied it. I was shocked and told them that the Wilmette location does it all the time, and the person on the phone was shocked. He then proceeded to tell me that he wasn't shocked the Willmette location did my special requests since it was undergoing some "management changes" and that the Lake Forest location was a "tight group who's been there for a long time" and said some other things bashing the Wilmette location.
Later when I went into the store to pickup a few of my items, one lady named Cora and another shopper had my bags ready. Cora gave me an attitude regarding my orders. When I got home I realized that the Bananas were black and that 2/5 item's packaging were damaged/smashed in. Will never be visiting this location again.

Came here to pick up a few items from the produce area and did not disappoint! Great selection of fresh organic fruits and veggies. Had excellent customer service at the front register and appreciated how friendly the cashier/bagger were. Will be back if I’m ever in town again!

I get sushi here at least once a week. Is always fresh and tasty. Employees are always friendly and I get checked out in a timely manner.

The associates at this market are always very helpful and polite. The assistant Manger, Brandon is amazingly helpful . We appreciate the extra mile he always goes to help and provide info.

I love this store, are used to shop at the one in Lincolnshire but unfortunately they're closed and the building is still there vacant. They have wonderful food, great dry goods, excellent bakery my favorite is the sourdough asiago bread. I drive there for special occasions us because of Brettes so good wonderful, desserts, great cheeses they have a Lotta great gourmet food highly recommend it. PS excellent customer service.
