They tell people to put their items that don’t work out on the counter so folks do not have to put them back themselves. And I did not wear anything into the store that insinuated that I had money ?”

When I first began my running journey in 2008 there were only proper running stores in Downtown Chicago where I could get a proper fitting for my stride. “If you're in the market for any home fitness equipment, you owe it to yourself to contact Jonathan at Top Fitness (Vernon Hills)! I had the absolute best experience working with Jonathan and ultimately purchased a new Precor elliptical. Jonathan was incredibly patient and courteous - I asked sooooo many questions about the machine features, costs, warranties, support, etc. He answered all of them quickly and thoroughly without pressuring me into any decisions - just providing me with information I needed to make the best decision for me. “Excellent. Got skates sharpened and picked up lace tightening hook. Staff was busy but attended my request within 2 minutes. They gave an accurate estimate of when my sharpened skate blades would be ready. I can back in about two hours and they were indeed ready. Very inexpensive rate for the sharpening.”

Even though there is a no return policy on clearance cleats, the nice lady at the store allowed me to exchange the cleats for a size down. Very happy with my purchase. “I had a really excellent experience with Fitness Warehouse buying a Precor elliptical. First of all, Richard and Boris were a delight to work with. Kind, informative, and attentive throughout the entire process. Secondly, the reconditioned machine they picked for me is a great one...it's only "gently used" and arrived to me reconditioned, clean, and in excellent condition. Richard handled everything with personal attention, and Boris even called me on a Saturday night to check whether the machine had arrived yet...how many companies do THAT! All told, a wonderful experience and I'd do it again.”

“I love the people and the sales...I hate their animal husbandry skills. Who ever cares for the tank and fish are lazy...sloppy...insensitive and not worth paying. I used to enjoy seeing the fish and tanks but now it is so disgusting I try to pass by without looking. They can do better...please get these fish healthy and be empathetic to their small lives. “I've always been aware of the Athleta brand (and had bought it for others) but I didn't really start purchasing for myself until this year (and then I became obsessed). Global spending on athleisure wear was over $330 billion last year and is projected to grow almost 10 percent each year. Probably half of my new clothes this year was Athleta. I love that I can wear these clothes to the studio or to work or to dinner. I like the materials and the little details like pockets on dresses, thumbholes on sweatshirts, drawstrings to cinch in the waist, and cargo pockets on pants. The fabrics are durable, machine-washable and soft. Athleta is pricey but they have incredible sales. This location is pretty well stocked and most of the staff is approachable and helpful. On one visit they were especially nice to my elderly relative. This is centrally located in the Hawthorn Mellody shopping center with plenty of parking. With your purchase you receive a silver branded Athleta tote.”
