“Best Post office anywhere. It’s the hidden gem of the Northshore. Lines are minimal or next to nothing, service is top notch. Clerks and Post Master there are polite, have manners and treat you like a human unlike the rest of the post offices around!! Anyone else that reviews this place and gives a bad review is most likely a hater. I saw someone post that this office randomly closes. That’s a total like! Especially at the times he posted it closed. I’m a frequent customer as in everyday bc my company sends me there everyday without fail at around 3:45 to process certifieds and this office clearly states it’s operating times and definitely is open and up and running EVERYDAY minus Saturdays past 3:50pm! The office does close M-F from 1pm-2-pm for lunch but for folks that know how to read signs they would see that clearly outside!! And the sign they put up inside at the entrance of the second door. DUHHHHH…”
“While headed to the Green Bay Trail for a run, I found this United States Postal Service (Glencoe Post Office) to be the closest near the trail while enroute. At the time, I had an eBay shipment that needed to be shipped out. I took a liking to its cute building which sat in a classy looking area nearby Glencoe Village Hall right in the heart of Glencoe! Via Village Ct, I was able to veer quickly into a parking spot rather than entering off of Hazel Ave. Along with its cute building exterior, the inside environment gave off a very positive vibe rather than a negative one. As I waited to be seen, I adored the postal clerks' interaction with a customer ahead of me, who had a young daughter. The interaction appeared so genuine which put a smile on my face immediately while in line and as I moved towards the counter to be helped. As someone who visits post offices regularly whether it be for Poshmark or eBay shipments, the postal clerk presented one of the friendliest vibes I have ever encountered at any post office location.After giving the clerk my package, he questioned me if it had anything liquid or hazardous inside then explained to me the shipment options for my package which I always choose the cheapest, hehe. As a Poshmark Ambassador on Poshmark, and someone with a 100% positive feedback rating on eBay as long as the package gets to my buyer I am always satisfied. I was on my way in minutes. I am terrible at doing the surveys pertaining to my visits at post offices, but best believe I always share some sort of a review. Being that I had a great experience, I would gladly utilize this United States Postal Service (Glencoe Post Office) again when in the area. ~ Embrace the journey. ~Thomas G”
“USPS provides amazing value. I needed to send some envelops with two to three day delivery. UPS was going to charged my wife twice what USPS would charge, and when I needed to return the signed versions UPS was three times at much $92 UPS vs $35 for USPS - and delivered a day earlier! I rarely see these kinds of savings but here is one - use it!”
“I was expecting the delivery of my baby's urn today. The tracking information was stating that it was out for delivery but also was ready for pick up. I explained to the gentlemen what I was expecting and he asked for a few minutes. He immediately called back and said it was on a truck, but the driver was bringing it directly to me. I'm not sure who I spoke to, but my family and I are so grateful for your kindness and the importance put behind the delivery of something so special to our family!”
“Easily the best post office I’ve been to in a while. I normally go between 8-10am and it’s always been quick. They are also pretty friendly. I’ve even gone during the holidays and it’s been an easy time.”

“I typically frequent other USPS locations due to the more limited hours at this branch. However, given the great customer service at this location, I try to work around the hours and use this branch. Everyone is always friendly and greets patrons with a smile. I have also noticed how they establish relationships with customers and often know them by name and vice versa. I was recently provided EXCELLENT service by Tondro. In addition to being friendly, he went over and beyond to assist me, including helping me find the best value for my money. He was also proactive in assessing my needs, and made suggestions without me having to ask. It is rare to find this level of customer service anymore, so I am truly grateful!”

“Service can be slow, but there is one worker here I'd like to commend! He's a tall guy who's helped me twice with shipping packages and was very patient, especially since I was super unfamiliar with the process. “I had a postal money order for about $700 that could not be used for the purpose intended so I needed to have the money refunded. Lisa at the Highland Park Post Office is my hero. She took my phone number and called when they had enough cash on hand to make the refund. It took quite a few months because they rarely have that much cash but she faithfully kept my number. THANK YOU, LISA! Other post offices misinformed me. They told me I had to get the refund at a bank, which is not true. Lisa was right and went above and beyond the call of duty to help.”
“I am always more than satisfied with the prompt service that I receive at the Loveland Post Office. Some days there is a wait only because the Federal PO will not let passports be scheduled all on the same day, those are what holds up time. I have never observed any of the workers being rude, in fact Josh goes out of his way to be kind and apologize for the wait.”
“Went to send a package from here and it was phenomenal that it got delivered earlier than expected. The lady working there was really nice (loved her hair) and was able to help with what I needed.
The only negative thing here is that they really need more than one person working at the office. Services are slow because of this.”
“It all depends on a combination of when you visit the post office and how many people happen to be there as far as how pleasant your visit will be. If you're getting a passport you need to make an appointment.”

“I’m not a permanent resident here, I come every few months, but at this post office, you either have a really nice employee or you strike out with an employee who acts like they’d rather be doing anything else.However, I’ve heard the building is a bit of a local tourist destination, and how could it not be? An art deco style building that looks like a fortress? However, they need to make some renovations in the interior as there are holes in the wall.”
