Northwestern Medicine is the absolute worst when it comes to patient care and refilling Perscriptions. They say use their app to request refills and allow two businesses days. After 2 days nothing was sent to my pharmacy. I called northwestern medicine and waited on hold for 30 minutes before opting in for the call back as they say they will hold my place in line. I finally get a call back and was told I was next in line. I waited 15 minutes and spoke to no one before hanging up in complete frustration. This happens every time I call. How rude. What a complete lack of care for your patients northwestern. You don't value our time. You value our money and that's it.
