Here, it just depends on who you get. Lucy is AMAZING and I got the best manicure ever. However, stella (I think this is her name) gave me the worst manicure of my entire life (TWICE). So so bad. She didn't even push back my cuticles.

If you like to be nickel-and-dimed, this is the nail salon for you. I've been a loyal customer for years .... until yesterday. There's a new policy, a $5 surcharge if your polish is used instead of the salon's. Never anywhere in the world have I encountered a similar policy. That $5 surcharge cost the salon $1500-2000 in annual revenues.

Person who did my nails was super friendly and I do love the fact that they don't use a drill on the natural nails. However, it's Sunday, and I got my nails done on Thursday (dip) and they have all managed to fall off. For $60 that is ridiculous.

The no chip manicure pealed off three days after and they did not fix it. And I had left 30% tip. Awful service and awful products, very dissatisfied and disappointed! And by the way, the exfoliation was not well done either, the hills and the cuticles are all dry after 3 days.

Got my nails done here on Wednesday and they were cracking (dip manicure) by Friday. Dip is supposed to last at least 14 days. Not sure if it was the powder used or what but a 55$ manicure should stay longer than 3 days.

I went to get my dip nails done here a week ago which came out very nice initially but nearly every nail chipped and cracked within 2 days. It happens and figured it was the powder but then I asked if I could have them fixed and the women fixed them however she did such a terrible job this time. The polish is so thick and lumpy. I do not recommend coming here.

Came to get mani/pedi however have latex sensitivity and asked if they could change the gloves into a non-latex ones, the technician said it’s OK. I got into the chair and then the supervisor came over and said they cannot do it. Wasted time!
