Five Stars for Lillie Alexander! They are dependable 100% for clean classic and updated clothes as well as friendly helpful staff and owner! They know clothes, they know fit, their clothes are the best every season and their customer service is excellent. Thank you all for your excellent service and helping me fill in my wardrobe. it was a pleasure shopping in your store yesterday and I love my three pairs of jeans!

I was in this store last week with our eldest and a lovely, helpful young woman was working there. We made a purchase and left. It was our first time at this shop and it was a nice experience. I returned to the store yesterday with our other daughter. An older woman was at the counter. No idea whether or not she is the owner. Anyhow, another customer she recognized entered the store. The two exchanged polite pleasantries while we were paying for the items we selected. Once the owner took the signed charge slip from me, she could not even look our way or say, "Thank you." She simply kept her body angled toward the other customer, extended her arm to drop the bag of items we purchased onto the counter and didn't even care to reply when I said THANK YOU. Rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. It was our pretty woman moment, for sure, LOL! (No, we were not wearing crazy outfits. :) Needless to say, we won't be visiting that store anytime soon. Snobbery at its best.

I've had great experiences at this store the 2 times I shopped. Once it was busy, once it wasn't. Nice sales people and excellent selection both times.
