“I absolutely love LFB. I don't even live in Lake Forest, but my sister does and LFB is her bank so I'm a devoted customer. The personal relationships that they form with their customers is such a refreshing way to do business. Shilpa and Tom are just fantastic - they seem to know everyone who walks in and they have the same professionalism and friendly demeanor with each and every customer, every time. Also, I've been to the drive thru at the other branches when I have my dog in the car with me and they always send a dog treat out for him with my deposit slip.
