Had a very enjoyable stay. I don't normally leave reviews for hotels but I had to let everyone know that Kim who ran the hotel bar and grill was totally awesome! After a bad restaurant experience at Rosebud's Steak House and saying goodbye to our son shipping out in the Navy I was feeling very low. But after some awesome wings and 2 Kim specials.... I was feeling no pain! Thank you, Kim for being awesome. For listening, and for your words of encouragement. I would cone back just for you! LBVS! To management... Give this woman a raise or one heck of a Christmas bonus. I think you may be underestimating what she does for your guests. It's not just pouring drinks and serving food.

My husband and I enjoyed staying overnight a couple of weekends ago at this Hilton property. The location of this hotel is just off of I-94, near shopping, restaurants, and the event space of Ilawa Farm Foundation. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was bright and every interaction we had with staff was positive. Thank you, Ekatarina for your professional and kind assistance at the front desk!

This is the worst room and hotel I have ever stayed at. Room 102 next to the highway and smells like mildew… couldn’t sleep all night and I am super heavy sleeper. Honestly, what an incredible awful experience and no one should ever stay here.

Front desk attendants were courteous greeted me as soon as I walked in. Rooms were nice size and clean. Hotel was very quiet and food was great also.

First impression. I call about an early check in the person I speak with promises me a 930 am check in. Show up am told that they can never promise anything but will get me in as early as possible. I wish I had grabbed this front desk guys name he worked Wednesday morning and was the only person I encountered that could do his job there well and gave me good information. He was also the only person I encountered there who did what he said he was going to and didn't make any false claims. All whole having to fix other people's mistakes. Next the beds are springy and uncomfortable, but the room was clean. Breakfast on Friday morning, they are almost out of all the food, they run out of coffee and cream, the 'server' is no where to be seen, and no water cups out for service. Lastly when checking out their system is down but they say they will email me a receipt. Which they do, to the wrong email address. They charged the wrong card on file, and there was a $77 charge on my card that we didn't make. I called and she fixed it; HOWEVER, when they were 'fixing' it she assured me she charged my american express when Indeed she did not and charged my visa. And there is still a charge showing on both cards for the same dang thing!!! Supposedly one will drop off in a few days but that only time will tell.

Good room, pullout couch was uneven and rickety. But slept like a baby! Breakfast was expensive and okay.

This hotel is right off the interstate in a quiet office plaza like area with plenty of parking. Everything was VERY clean and was a reasonable price for rooms. They have the pantry/refrigerated food options at the desk. Dinner food service is limited during the week but full service dinner Fri/Sat evenings I think. Food was good, we just got some burgers. All the staff was friendly and inviting and Nikki especially (breakfast staff) was so nice and helpful. There’s an indoor pool with a small hot tub available, we did not use but looked nice.
Now for the room!!! I’m the type of person that wants the room spotless because obviously none of us want to stay in an unclean room. And no joke, I’m pulling the bed apart and looking at the sheets, mattress cover, mattress, even under the bed and furniture for cleanliness. I often find at hotels that housekeeping skips cleaning behind and under furniture. This hotel must have exceptional housekeeping staff because their rooms are perfectly clean! I was very pleased!

The place is dirty. We stayed 2 nights and saw the same pile of powder on the hallway carpet and same particles on the elevator carpet for 2-1/2 days. I asked for towels and they took the used ones but didn’t replace them. The staff was nice enough but didn’t go above and beyond. There is a cool trail for dog walking. Breakfast was $18.95 and good.

Big thanks to Carolina the bartender for providing us with amazing services. Carolina is attentive, and made us feel right at home. She is friendly and works really hard. I can tell she loves her job.
