“As a 46 year old, recently diagnosed with lumbar arthritis, I knew I had to get my health care back in order. Fast Forward Med Rx program! $150 for 10 sessions with a trainer!! Fabian is kind, but fair! Exercise isn’t my favorite activity, but with his guidance I am feeling capable again! I will likely join after I finish and keep going! Thank you Logan and Fabian! I’m sure there are others, but very pleased!”
