I would give them negative mark if I could. We have "personal banking" with them. This office has the most incompetent, unfriendly and rigid bunch of employees. They can't do anything for you - from investment, to loan applications, or even simple transactions for custodial accounts.

Worst customer service experience, ever!! Wanted change for a charity event. Gave the cashier money to break down into 5s and singles. Previously I had had no problem at the same bank asking for the same breakdown. The teller asks me for my bank information. I asked her why. I gave her my name as I do have a checking account with the bank (not much longer, however). She says she cannot find my account, then asks me for my driver's license. Why do I need any sort of id for a cash exchange? She said it was bank policy and she has to mark my account. What? I said no, asked her to return the money and left.

Love Fifth Third Bank in general! Always great personnel and customer oriented. This is not my usual branch but we needed a notary on a Saturday and this branch had one available for us. (No Charge) She was waiting for us when we got there. As we had a lot of papers for signature she spent a ton of time with us. She never made us feel rushed or like we were imposing in anyway. We had such a great experience I kind of wish this was our branch.
