“My brand new (18 days old!) LG dryer suddenly stopped heating, and LG sent L Electronics to fix it under warranty. I was nervous when I saw the many bad online reviews, but I had a very good experience. They sent two people, who arrived when exactly when they said would. They ended up having to disassemble the whole dryer, and discovered a sensor next to the igniter was broken. They had the part with them and replaced it within an hour. I now have a working dryer. LG (the appliance manufacturer) was a nightmare to deal with over the phone, and it's very frustrating to have a new appliance break, but no complaints with L Electronics, the local service company they sent to fix it”

The staff were helpful but you could tell that the answer they give more than not is, sorry we don't have anything in stock but we can help you order it online. I really like Best Buy and I hope it sticks around. “I wasn’t expecting much out of this Target given the area that it is in. I was wrong though. Very nice store, very organized and clean, with overall friendly staff. Only complaint is that I bought two of the exact same item and one had a clearance tag on it and the other did not. The whole section was on clearance. When the cashier rang them up, one ring up at the clearance price, and the other did not. The cashier refused to adjust the price of the one ringing up at full price, because he didn’t see a clearance sticker on it. Common sense should have kicked in here. Whole section was on clearance, exact same item, with the same barcode. Oh well. A supervisor wasn’t quickly available so I paid full price for the one, but it is what it is. Other than that no complaints.”

“I personally love that there is a 7-Eleven near my house, but again that is just me. Raj who is there when I stop in is for the most part is nice and in a good mood. I will say there are a couple others that need some customer service work, but I am not going here for 5 star customer service.I stop here for snacks, gum, lottery tickets etc and I am out the door quickly back to the daily grind. I prefer to stop here over a gas station or grocery store so for me location and what they offer it works, but not for everyone.”
