Used their minute clinic and it was the worst expensive ever. Doctor practitioners as they call themselves here only see $$$.... Do not ever use them, save your money and helath

Never had such experience, money comes first before people. No one willing to help and keep sending you in circles. Primary goal of healthcare is to help people first, money making after, but not at minut clinics. I woulder who even gave them a license. Save you health and money, do not use them, you will be better off. Coming second time for the same issue that I was here 2 days ago, and have a 4 hour wait..

The pharmacist, Young Kim, is awful. I dropped off a prescription, then returned a few days later after getting multiple voice mails letting me know it was ready. When returning to pick it up, he told there was no prescription, and then simply proceeded to assist the next person. He is quite the jerk; seems to really hate his job, poor fella.

Slow. Disorganized. A led up beyou d believe. A 5:30 appoint for a two minute shot took 45 minutes.

Drove 30 mins for them to tell me that they couldn’t fill out physical form because they’re not doctors??? her reasoning made no sense. It was no different than a standard Camp physical, but she refused to do it. Don’t waste your time.

This is specifically a review for the CVS Minute Clinic at this location. I drove from out past Milwaukee to take a Rapid Test at this location that was required for work. Due to absolutely terrible weather, I knew I was running late 1.5 hours beforehand, so I called the location to inform them and to see whether I could reschedule. This was substantially out of the way for me, so it would have been wonderful to at least know whether they could see me prior to the appointment.The phone system is absolutely appalling – it transferred me across 5 departments, and I already knew not to select any of the COVID options as that transfers you to a completely different call center and the transfer back simply means this location will put you on 20+ minute hold before disconnecting. After navigating through the options and asking to speak to a representative, then dialing 0, it left me with an automated message to check the website. Mind you, I had to do all of this while driving in a torrential downpour.Finally, I arrived 10 minutes late and they, of course, wouldn't see me. I ended up having to frantically locate another location and couldn't find a time within the next 6 hours within 50 miles. While I completely understand it's my fault for arriving late, I could have at least spoken to a human being and saved myself the headache.

I really enjoy the great staff at this location. The manager, and another gentleman whose name i didnt catch are so nice and helpful! The pharmacy staff also does a great hustle in trying to help get your medications without a wait and with covid shots and short staff it was impressive. Its very clean and i always enjoy their holiday aisle.

We have been coming here now probably for 15 years since they opened. The staff is extremely helpful. Sure it's like any other CVS from stock standpoint but the staff really cares. The store manager Mark is always there and working hard. The pharmacists are always very willing to answer questions, help out with prescriptions etc. The minute clinic staff are very accommodating. And by and large you can almost always get a parking spot.

There's 1 guy who is terrible and rude. Always insulting us cause we "need to learn how to use the self check in" beefing with 13 yr olds this whole town hates this store don't go here. Bozo

i asked Carey, very nicely, “i believe i left my ID” he said “okay?” i said “can someone check” he said “we don’t have it, bye” how can someone like this be hired? why is he rude for no reason? i’m confused

This CVS location closed 15min early. I needed only 5 minutes to grab a medication for my sick 2 year old. When I called, the guy had no excuse for why their doors were locked 15min early, said "they shouldn't be locked" and just hung up on me.
