“Reviewer Josh B is correct: “There is no Navy Federal at the golf course location. Do not go here. If you have credentials to get on base go to the Navy Federal at the main gate. If not go to the Navy Federal in Gurnee. There is also a Navy Federal ATM located at the Navy exchange on Green Bay road if you do not need to go inside.” At the golf location and spoke with the manager. Need to change the status to permanent closed.”

“Cherie from the call center provided the best costumer service I have received during my 15+ year membership. She offered to assist me with establishling an internet banking account so I wouldn't have to call in to make payments. She then even walked me through the process and assisted me with my first external transfer. She was very professional and informative! As a result of the outstanding service received, Im moving more money to the credit union to take advantage of the CD promotion she made me aware of!”

“I've been a member of BCU since 1984. We've enjoyed checking and savings services as well as credit cards. We had our home mortgage with them until we paid it off (yea!) and have had 2-3 home equity loans. My reason for writing this review today is to rejoice that once again BCU has made our lives very easy. Our HELOC was expiring 3/31/2024 and I was dreading having to refinance it and pay points, and/or shop around for another. On 1/9, I received an email with DocuSign links stating that we'd been approved for a 5 year extension on our HELOC and all we needed to do was sign the form. What??? We signed and sent it back. I called BCU this morning 1/12 to inquire of the status, and was told that the loan has been extended until 3/31/2029 and it's all done. Incredible! WE LOVE BCU!!”
