I have been with BMO for over a year now.As far as I'm concerned this branch goes over and above any expectations I could have imagined. They got the working line of credit for my construction company raised from 100k to 450k as soon as I moved my business to them.I couldn't be more satisfied.

I have been dealing with this branch for about 12 years now and agree with Alexandra and Trent that this is one of the easiest and friendliest bank branches I have ever dealt with including other BMO branches.I have personal and business accounts in Illnois and Florida with at least 4 financial institutions and this has to be my favorite. I am not sure what occurred with Rosie and the other negative review but it seems totally out of character with the experiences I have had.

Everyone is very courteous and professional the moment you enter. Donna was AMAZING, she was able to assist me very effectively and offer a quick solution to my problem which worked out very well!

Stay away!! There is no issue resolution and worst customer service ever. If you want to pay extra fees come to this bank! Stay clear!!!

I had an issue there with a deposit and the customer service there is horrible, they didn’t help with anything. Someone named Kris was so rude and did not seem to want to do anything to help me. The Highland Park branch has better service!

Poor customer service. They treat people here with disrespect. Unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff regarding banking and how to use their own system.

Hi, Today at the BMO Harris Bank we received an unexpected gift from a total stranger. Someone at RFS had talked to someone at another branch of the bank about adding a parallel account to our current account so we can keep separated the activities of the health program grant we received recently. The banker I spoke with had no idea how this could be set up. When I explained the urgency of this set up so we could pay bills to meet a requirement from the NIFB so they would continue delivering food to our pantry, he took cash out of his wallet and proceeded to fill out a deposit slip. When asked why, he explained he was going to donate to a good cause as he did not normally donate as much as he should. He gave us $102 and he inspired me to cover the balance $100 needed to pay our immediate bills He explained he had lost his best friend a few weeks ago. It was on the local news. His best friend was the worker that fell in a man hole and rescuers were not able to save him. He did it in his honor. This was the last thing anyone could expect. A complete stranger doing a totally irrational act of kindness. His name is Joseph Chirbas, a Relationship Banker at the Lake Forest MBO Harris Bank helping our Not for Profit Food Pantry so we can continue feeding our over 450 client families every month. Please let's all pray for this young man. Bob

Great bank. They seem to know a lot of customers by name. Free coffee and water for customers is very nice.
