I went to this store 4 times during they're business hours and not one time that the door was open nor I can see anybody inside but the "Open" light was lit up and the lights were on inside. I tried calling their published number and it was not in service. Too bad cuz I like the clothes that are displayed but then how can I purchase if they seem to be closed every time I go there?

What dates and times are you open in lake forest? The website says 11am Tues-Saturday but I’ve been here for an hour and it’s closed

Found you! The cutest boutique in Lake Forest Blu Violet! I have gotten so many compliments on every outfit I have bought there! I know some of those friends went and bought the same things! Last time I was in the sales person Lindsey was super helpful getting me hooked up with an outfit for a rehearsal dinner! It was a hit! Nothing but compliments!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in a monthish ago and was the only person in the store. The sales rep saw me, did not say hi, and ignored me the entire I was in there even when I tried to ask a question. I am not the only one with this experience.

I’m always getting compliments on my outfits when I wear their clothes to work. They have a great collection and the associates are always so helpful when I’m looking to put an outfit together. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love that they opened a store here in lake forest, we needed a store like this! They have the best styles and a very helpful staff. Highly recommend shopping here and at their other location in Libertyville!!

I love this shop. Both locations are amazing and each features a little different styles, which I love. The staff here are always so friendly and the Owner is always there and is such great help when it comes to suggesting outfit ideas. If you don't follow them on social media, you should... because she will post all the new arrivals. Pricing is great. Everything is super cute! They even offer Permanent jewelry!!! Go check this shop out, you will love it!!!

Cutest things in the store but they WILL NOT give you a refund despite the receipt and store signage saying so. They will only put it on a gift card.
