After many prompts via the automated answer service, I eventually got a message saying they were busy and to call another time. Dismayed, I started to write this review. Then, the branch called me saying they missed my call and could they assist me… nice work Chase. Thanks for answering my call and letting me know if you had a notary on-site (they don’t). You saved me a trip on a frigid winter day and recommended branches that do offer this service.”

“Love Fifth Third Bank in general! Always great personnel and customer oriented. This is not my usual branch but we needed a notary on a Saturday and this branch had one available for us. (No Charge) She was waiting for us when we got there. As we had a lot of papers for signature she spent a ton of time with us. She never made us feel rushed or like we were imposing in anyway. We had such a great experience I kind of wish this was our branch.”

“I absolutely love LFB. I don't even live in Lake Forest, but my sister does and LFB is her bank so I'm a devoted customer. The personal relationships that they form with their customers is such a refreshing way to do business. Shilpa and Tom are just fantastic - they seem to know everyone who walks in and they have the same professionalism and friendly demeanor with each and every customer, every time. Also, I've been to the drive thru at the other branches when I have my dog in the car with me and they always send a dog treat out for him with my deposit slip. Such a small gesture sets LFB from the other massive banks who have to seek out government assistance because their ridiculous fees aren't enough to keep them afloat. If you are tired of being just another number at your bank and not being able to talk to a human when you call, go see Shilpa or Tom!”
