“I've been fortunate to have Sunset work on several of our cars, we've always been very happy when we got them back! The repairs are perfect and the maintenance well done. This time I had body work done when I had a run in with the garage and it won! We won't go anywhere else, ever.
On top of the great work I was given a ride to and from the shop when I had no other way to get there.

Today i went there, they check my back right passenger tire that has giving me problem and seal it. “I brought my car in to Auto Lab for an oil change. As part of their inspection, they recommended new tires (car had 40k miles) and provided a quote. I brought the car back a month later and they changed the tires at the quoted price. Altogether, I found Auto Lab to be transparent, honest, and professional. “Ray's Auto Service went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. I travel for work and I was making my way down to Wisconsin when on the highway my car started reducing speed, I received some electrical error on my dashboard and now my car would not go pass 20 miles per hour. I quickly looked for a mechanic shop and Ray's Auto was 6 minutes away, I called and explained the situation and they said I could bring it in. I was very grateful just for that because it was almost closing time for them. They quickly diagnosed my car and gave me a very reasonable price and on top of that they were willing to stay after to get my car up and running that same night. I had a snack next door at a Cafe and before I knew it my car was ready. It's been running great ever since and I made it to Wisconsin that night with no further issues. I appreciate them going above and beyond to help a traveler get safely to their destination. I recommend them to anyone who needs trustworthy and hard working mechanics.”
“I may need service soon and it struck me that I neglected to add a review in the past. Jim has taken care of complex issues with my car for years. He has always been affordable, frequently working around my strained budget to get me back on the road. Anytime he’s needed the car overnight, he has provided a loaner. He’s extremely knowledgeable and just a nice person. I’d feel comfortable recommending Rouse’s to anyone.

“I don't need new tires at the moment, but next time I do it's Berry Tire and Auto in Libertyville. I needed my TPMS sensors replaced and my tires rotated, they got me in and out in an hour, with an expert job at a very reasonable price. Check them out next time you need auto or tire services!”

“Great service and wonderful customer service! Had a blow out on the highway on my way to get my tiers rotated, so it took me a bit to get there. You guys let me drop my RV off and promptly ordered and got me new tires the next day ( decided to replace all 4 rear tires) they saved me the spare tire I paid a lot more for, in a previous blow.out. And helped secure it to the rear of my coach. This is my 2nd time at your establishment and I will be returning when needed. Also I didn't realize how many states you are in, so if I ever have a blow again in the Midwest, I will just call Pomps. Once again, thank you all so much in Park City.
P.S. we are traveling musicians so getting back on the road so fast was the best. We made it to the festival and are relaxed and ready to play.”

“Bobby was excellent to work with. Very responsive and resourceful throughout my experience. He helped me organize everything from the loan application, which rebate to choose, the best way to go about accessories, and even helped me understand the best ways to ship the vehicle to California. He was also very generous enough to video chat to show me the truck when it arrived and even took extensive photos/videos for me before being loaded. He even negotiated with the driver to put my vehicle right behind the cab, so it had less chance of getting hit by rocks or other debris. You would be crazy not to work with these folks. Midwestern hospitality at its finest!”

“I have flat tire issue on Sunday morning. Easily made the appointment online and show up at Sunday morning. Unfortunately they can’t fix it but they did help me put on my spare tire for free and suggested me to go back to the dealership on Monday since my car is brand new. This tire shop is highly recommended since they’re honest!”

“Was taking family members to O'Hare to catch a flight. 40 miles from airport and 100 miles from home, the oil pressure light came on in my 2002 Volkswagon Eurovan. Googled and called Sunset and spoke to Armando. He said bring it in and he will look at ASAP. Mechanic Joe diagnosed the problem. Oil pressure was OK, but the sensor is bad. They would have to order part, which my time frame did not allow. Armando said it is fine to drive, replace the sensor when you get back home. Was back on the road in 20 minutes. If you are looking for auto service to be done in the Waukegan area, give Sunset a call. Armando, Joe, and Nani.....lady at front desk were absolutely awesome. Good honest people. Thanks again Armando, you really helped me out in a big way!!!!!”
