Brad and Dan did a wonderful jump putting my Silverado back together after bouncing a deer off the fender. NO BS. They tell it like it is which is refreshing in this business climate.They worked seamlessly with State Farm Insurance through the online claims tool. The front end of my car was repaired here & I have continued to notice things that were not fixed correctly ever since. The headlamp they replaced was supposed to be OEM but it was cracked and repaired & i was not informed of this. The horn was replaced it with one that sounded like a literally like a clown horn vs. a loud German horn- this was fixed eventually but I had to be without a car for a day. The paint on the hood has chipped in several spots since being repainted. The fog lights were not hooked up correctly & when i called to get this fixed I was told it must be the switch & not something they did but that i could bring it in and they would fix it at a cost. The customer service & work done is very disappointing.

Recently waxed my 11 year old Yukon XL Denali and used a nylon scrubby to get off old wax spots. My bad. It scratched the finish badly in about 25 spots. I was referred to Swarthout's by a mechanic and had them do a buff and detail to remove the scratches. Amazing, amazing, amazing results. They did an awesome job and the vehicle looks better than new. And they were easy to deal with and the price was very reasonable as well. Customer for life. Thank you Swarthout's!
