I needed short-term storage with some flexibility, and they quickly set me up with a perfect 10x10 unit that accommodated all my belongings. The facility is impeccably clean and climate-controlled, and having everything on one level made moving in and out a breeze.
When I found a new place, my moving date fell just two days after my monthly renewal. I reached out to the Metro Storage team, and they kindly pro-rated my fees for those two extra days, saving me from paying for a full month.

“Smooth drop off and pick up on both ends of our move. In this age of horrible customer service, it's refreshing when you call a business, the owner picks up straightaway, and you can quickly schedule something or get questions answered. That was our experience with UNITS. Also the machine they use to move the pod is cool. I'd definitely recommend using UNITS over using a self storage place you have to drive to. The price is similar, and you only have to load and unload your stuff once.”

They are a great, young, hard working crew with a tremendous, positive attitude. “I really can't say enough positive things about George and 901MLK Parking Storage. We (a Canadian tech company) had all but give up hope finding storage for the summer months in the Chicago area for a customized 40 ft shipping container. A particular challenge when we are located in Western Canada. But after an exhaustive search we stumbled across 901MLK and it has been a great experience.
George is very responsive and helpful, the storage location is perfect and easily accessible, and the storage rates are very reasonable. The 901MLK team were even pro-active when they noticed a potential security concern with the container. They secured the container and provided photos to us to reassure us that, even though we overlooked securing a door, all was well with contents.
