Just stay away, this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Have tried to gaslight me multiple times into thinking that I already picked up my prescription, only to then go review security footage and see that I didn't and give it to me anyway.

Today I tried to buy chocolates with a coupon manufacturers coupon that didn't expire till 2022 and I was told that the store does not participate in these type of coupons. I have never had a retailer as common as Walgreens not except a simple manufactures coupon. Then when I proceeded to ask about the price which was wrong the clerk spent five minutes going to check the price and she told me that the price was 599 when in fact the price on the shelf and the price on the app was 399. I will avoid this Walgreens in the future. It's too bad that it's down the street from my house.

Are you in dire need for a Medication refill? Are you sick and tired of pharmacies that know how to do their jobs? Are you craving negative reviews on customer service? Well, LOOK no further than THIS PARTICULAR WALGREENS! Not only will they take forever to fill a prescription, on not one BUT MANY separate occasions, they even go the extra mile to not contact the correct people to make sure you HAVE your medication on time! Their experts will gladly let that set of medication sit with the dust bunnies until your mother calls them angerly! All for your inconvenience! .... Alright alright... time to be honest. The Walgreens itself is fantastic! And the staff at the front counter is amazing! But like I said before... the actual pharmacy is kind of a joke. Only on few occasions did I get to talk and work with a pharmisist who had more than 2 rusty Braincells. They are friendly and chipper, but they are always late with prescriptions, which is a shame considering I live close and they have a drive through. I say until they hire better staff at the Pharmacy, I recommend just sticking to Jewel Osco... unless of course your into wasteing those precious life moments waiting for them to be ready when you can be doing litteraly anything else. I've been waiting for nearly a WEEK. Oh lastly, I used to work at this Walgreens on the floor. So take it from me:)That's all and thanks

Each time I regretfully step foot in this place I am unwittingly taken back to a time and a place, long ago and far away. Wilmette, IL, actually, circa 1966, most specifically Huerbinger's Pharmacy, at the corner of Wilmette Avenue and Ridge Road. Some of you reading this may well recall the place. The thoughtful, kind and helpful pharmacist who truly cared about customers and had, at his beck and call, everything anybody would ever need, whether sick, bored, lugubrious, sexually frustrated or all of the above. The trusted pharmacist, and his eight beautiful, aryan New Trier East attending coeds, over whom this swarthy writer lusted endlessly, was more an enclave of biopsychosocial rejuvination than it was a profit making enterprise able, but simultaneously unwilling, to emancipate what little pecuniary I had from my pocket for its well endowed cash register. Juxtipose, if you will, the foregoing with the current instituion under review. Typically there are 11 customers in the store, two workers, both of whom need Doctor Atkins and/or a rigid, properply placed implement, overpriced stock, horrific product layout and long lines in which those desiring or needing the privilege of dealing with the resident miscreants must queue. The corporate practice of pharmacy, medicine, you name it, anything, results in this outcome. While I can only imagine how difficult it must be to find dedicated retail store workers, perhaps Boots Alliance, or whomever else is responsible for running this once proud chain into the ground, could put forth a little more effort than, to date, it has. I do my best to eschew Walgreens and CVS is a least objectionable alternative but the reality is I yearn for the Alpine, DABS, Huerbinger's, or any place, really, that is not a Walgreens. Setting foot in this disaster of a failed retail experiment makes me realize this each time I do so.

The rude service coming from behind a thick glass panel over a poor speaker mumbling thru a mask is the slow service. This Walgreens s__ty customer service is greatest advertisement for mailed prescriptions!!!

They're always polite with me and they're always looking for the lowest prices on my behalf. Some of the staff even greets me by my name before I give it to them. The lines can get a little long, as they're often busy on the phone, dealing with the drive-through lane, taking the time to be thorough with their customers, etc.
