Bo Harper and his staff always go above and beyond, taking the time to explain the nuances of your policy and your options if you are in an accident or your car is damaged. They are highly professional and easy to work with - I definitely recommend them!

Having gone through the wringer of Insurance Agents and Agent Offices in the NorthShore Area of Chicago and the Cookie-Cutter Profiling they all do, I find shopping and obtaining insurance a daunting and bitter task. THAT'S NOT THE CASE HERE! So helpful. So thorough. From the moment Cindy answered the phone to the transfer to an Agent named Bo, the process was straightforward and simple. Bo had answers to every question, along with insights as to why some questions had different answers and the rationale behind them. (I later found out Bo was the principal of the company which says a lot - how often does the owner of a company in business for decades still get on the phone for a first-time caller?!) If you're looking for insurance, this is the place. If you're looking for basic coverage, or to insure something unique, valuable or heirloom, NorthShore Insurance Advisors has the answer and I'm very happy with their service.

I have worked with several agencies in the past but this company is heads and shoulders above the rest. They are meticulous in making sure that you are properly insured yet and saving you money! Great customer service A+ overall.

Ive worked with a bunch of different insurance agencies, and this one is the best. Bo got me great coverage and saved me sone money too. Now if I could just get him to pay my premiums

Bo and his team made me feel at ease when working with the agency. I do now have AAA membership, auto and home insurance as well as life insurance with full bundle discounts. The rates are phenomenal and the service is exceptional. Good to work with Northshore Insurance Advisors. Highly recommended.

I have had AAA insurance for well over 5 years. My policies were sent to this location without me knowing. In the beginning I was upset but after I had the chance to talk to the staff I couldn't be more happy. Cyndi is amazing and really wants to make sure you are getting what you need out of the insurance. I have stopped in to make a few changes and she is always so pleasant. Will be staying with AAA for another 5 years with this kind of service.

When my Insurance company raised my rate 2 years I called a lot of places, but these guys had the lowest rate for my car insurance. The rate was about half of what my insurance company was going to charge me. I have been with them for a couple of months now, and I am the happiest customer ever. Thanks Bo!
