Awesome representative very knowledgeable very friendly very helpful. Even help me carry the product to my car. Found something that was within my budget and still comfortable and would help me with my sleep issues. I would definitely recommend him again.

I bought a king and 2 twin mattresses from Matress Firm in Vernon Hills. Bob was just incredible helping me pick out the best mattresses for my situation. I'm 76 and I know when someone is going out of their way to help me. Bob was absolutely the best help I've ever experienced. As far as the mattresses, I couldn't be happier and I do research products before I buy. Great company.

It was a great pleasure to shop at the Mattress Firm, Lake Bluff location today. Roy, the expert that assisted us, was highly professional and knowledgeable and provided an excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make our transaction as easy and as smooth as possible. I was looking for a mattress and possibly a frame. I have back problems and I told the guy I was looking for a firm mattress. We tried a few out and we found one best for my needs and still paid less than expected—I have been wanting an adjustable base AND now I have one with a brand new mattress! Thanks Kevin!

Outstanding! Magnificent customer service. He was helpful, diligent and did a great job. The only issue is stock. They were out of stock on the mattress and bed frame.
