Great experience from start to finish. I inquired via website and was signing and driving a week later. No pressures, no mixed feelings, and I really felt like I was heard when it came to my questions and concerns. They even had it detailed and waiting before I officially signed anything. Juan and Vijay were a pleasure to work with and Juan even took the time to walk me through all the features of my new Benz.I’m incredibly happy to be part of the MB and Knauz family now!

During my visit to Knauz, I had a disappointing encounter with one of their salesmen named Juan.I approached Juan to inquire about any available discounts.To my surprise, his response was rather dismissive as he compared obtaining discounts to trying to get discounted prices at luxury stores like Louis Vuitton or finding sales on everyday groceries.Also, he completely discarded my claim of buying three Mercedes-Benz cars here and assumed that I was lying.Was it, perhaps, because of my attire?This lack of understanding and customer service left me dissatisfied.Determined to find better assistance, I decided to visit Barrington instead. Luckily, I came across a salesman named Geoffrey. Geoffrey's approach was completely different. He attentively listened to my inquiries and swiftly provided me with the necessary information. His professionalism, knowledge, and customer-oriented attitude made the experience at Barrington quite enjoyable.In addition to the excellent customer service provided by Geoffrey at Barrington, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a substantial discount and great value for my trade-in car. The team at Barrington went above and beyond to ensure that I received a fair and favorable offer for my trade-in vehicle. This added value further enhanced my overall experience and solidified my satisfaction with choosing to do business with Barrington.Ultimately, I would not recommend Knauz due to the unsatisfactory encounter with Juan. On the other hand, the exceptional customer service provided by Geoffrey at Barrington was truly recommendable.Rich people know how to save money in every aspect of their lives.

Michael Jakus *consistently* provides the best auto service experience I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. The quality of the work he and his team provide is unmatched. He goes above and beyond to ensure vehicles are getting the best care without overlooking anything or charging for unneeded services! This isn't a one time experience. He has helped me get 2 recently purchased used vehicles into top tier condition without duplicate maintenance. We recently acquired a used Mercedes and decided to have our local dealer give it a once-over and recommendations for long-term reliability. We took their advice and asked them to perform all recommended updates to the tune of nearly $10 grand over two visits.300 miles after everything was done, the car failed us (broken belt that they had just replaced) and left us stranded in Milwaukee, requiring a 60+ mile tow and $140 Uber ride home.We had the vehicle towed to Knauz and they denied any responsibility and charged us an extra $1,100 to fix what they missed the first time.Won't be buying a car or servicing my other two Mercedes there ever again.

This place is the reason I own a Mercedes. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They always do a wonderful job. They always pick up and drop off my car and always have a really cool loaner for me. I don't do business with anyone else. Here's my cool loaner. Vroom! Vroom!

Had arranged with the dealer to buy my car off of lease. When I got there, the salesman was very helpful right until I showed them the financing approval that I had received from chase. Suddenly they were too busy and pushed me out the door. Waste of time dealing with Knauz. This is the second horrible experience I have had with Knauz.

This dealer with get you done what ever you want. I was looking for a brand new Mercedes Benz with AMG package for my car but didn’t find so I made a build and sent message to many dealer of MB. We bought a brand new car from here. The engine light turned on almost as soon as I fired up the engine. We were told it would go away within minutes, which didn’t happen. So we took the car to their service center, which took two weeks to fix the problem. In between we were told three different reasons why the problem occurred. Finally when we went to the dealer to discuss the possibility of getting a different car , the manager of the dealership gave us attitude, misbehaved and belittled us. Clearly, the manager of this place lacks a sense of dignity, respect and compensation for their customers.

Ben at Knauz was amazing to work with, he was professional, friendly, responsive. Couldn’t ask for better service. My Mercedes needed repairs and he provided exceptional attention to every detail of the repairs. He consistently checked in with me regularly with updates until everything was complete. I highly recommend Ben and his team.
