I brought my suv in for an oil change last month, and when I didn't agree to overpay for other work, they thought needed to be done they were rude and apparently also screwed up my vehicle. I tried speaking to Tom Jastper about it and he didn't want to accept any responsibility for it. Please consider my experience when deciding to service your car at this mercedes dealer.
Needless to say we will me taking our Mercedes, BMW and Range Rovers to be serviced somewhere else!

I wanted to buy spare parts, I looked on Google that they work until 7 pm, I arrived at 6:30 and it turns out that the spare parts department works until 6 pm

HANDS DOWN one of thee BEST car buying experiences. Veljko “Vel” with Mercedes made everything so easy and straight forward. He never once seemed pushy or unprofessional and was incredibly nice and knowledgeable with every question I had. I ended up purchasing a vehicle and Vel took his time to go through and explain all the features with me in my new car and make sure the settings were where I wanted them to be. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and welcoming the moment we walked through the doors. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!

Exceptional service from Vjelko and team at Knauz Mercedes. Expect nothing less than perfect treatment from this group. Ben De Garcia is the man! Always delighted with the quality of communication and service I receive dealing with service at Knauz. Night and day difference when compared to my negative experiences at Motor Werks in Barrington. I’ve never looked back after starting to come here myself in 2018. One of the North Shore’s invaluable amenities and resources for quality service of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, & Land Rover. I now understand why my my father and uncle only trusted Knauz with their German vehicles.

I had an amazing experience with Knauz Mercedes and am so psyched to say I am the proud new owner of a Mercedes. Peter Polanski was a phenomenal sales rep who walked me through all options to determine which car was the best fit for me. He was extremely patient, showed me and taught me how to use all the different and cool gadgets in the car, and added zero pressure to making a decision. Roxanne Peplow is an absolute rock-star and helped make this purchase a reality! I can't say enough great things about my experience at Knauz Mercedes. Thank you Roxanne, Peter and the entire staff!

I had to have my car towed to Mercedes Knauz because I locked my keys in the trunk. The team there at Knauz Mercedes was very helpful which feels like an understatement. The entire team was coordinating their efforts to ensure I could get back into my car and get to a meeting on time. Impeccable customer service. Notable service and sales advisors include: Juan Villarreal and Kyle the service advisor. Juan is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes and using the Mercedes App to customize the driving experience. He exemplified strong leadership in taking the situation into his hands. Kyle was very knowledge on the inner workings of Mercedes cars to use the trunk latch which was very hard to access, to ultimately open the trunk of the car which was the intended outcome. Great team of hardworking gentlemen who exemplify strong customer service and pride in their work. Knauz clearly found a couple of people who provide superior client care and do whatever it takes.

I purchased a used Mercedes Benz S class from Knauz. During the time of purchase I inquired about A and B service. The Sales Associate inform me that I have an A and B service package available for use.
Six months later I used the A service they offered. Now it's time for me to get service B. I called the service department and they said they don't see B service available for me. The service department suggested I contact the Sales Associate and receive clarification. The Sales associate stated, "We gave you B service prior to you purchasing the car!" I stated, that wasn't communicated to me, what was communicated I have available A and B service. So I requested to speak to the manager. The manger stated the same, the B service was already provided and included when you bought the car. "If you don't have it in writing," "I can't do anything for you." "Would you like to buy the service package?"
I politely got off the phone with major disappointment. Recognizing Knauz service after purchase is unethical.
I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from another Mercedes Benz Dealership. Where you know the level of service will be provided after you purchased their vehicles.
