This is an amazing body shop for BMWs, Mercedes, Ineos and Land Rovers. Our Land Rover had been rear ended but was still driveable. The shop was efficient, communicative and worked very hard with our insurance company (State Farm) to get claim funds to cover the entire repair. They were very detailed in their inspection and assessment report. They used new, OEM parts. We worked with Chris and were very impressed with him, especially. This shop is very high quality. We got our vehicle back immaculately detailed, inside and out. This is clearly a high-demand shop, so it took two months to get an appointment. That's just the way it is now since the pandemic. But once they had the vehicle it was repaired in less than two weeks. I hope we don't have any other collisions in the future, but if we do, we'll definitely be back.

Took new vehicle in for a minor exterior scratch. After being told that the vehicle would need to be virtually taken apart for the repair, the job proved not only costly but their work resulted in more scratches! Should have left things well enough alone.

I have been a customer of this shop for many years. Just picked up my Mercedes from having a pretty significant crash, and Rick, Chris, Austin and team repaired it perfectly. Thank you-great job, on time and minimal surprises. Highly recommend, and likely (unfortunately ) will be back!

My best friend brought his Land Rover in for service. I contacted Joni to ask if they could do a SURPRISE detail inside and out of his car. Not only did they sell a package of 2 details at a discounted rate, they COMPLETELY SURPRISED him and took a picture of his brand new looking car with a HUGE bow on it!!! It was the first time in almost 60 years that I was able to surprise him with something!!! You should have seen the look of surprise and then the HUGE SMILE on his face!!! Joni and staff involved, I LOVE YOU!!! :)

So, we actually bought our new '21 BMW X3 M40i from Knauz BMW dealership in January 2020. Right before the pandemic erupted. My wife was rear ended by a careless younger woman switching lanes on the Interstate 465 bypass in Indianapolis. Thankfully, no one was injured and our vehicle wasn't too badly damaged. We were able to get in on June 13th to the affiliated Knauz BMW collision center. This was amid world supply chain shortages, staffing shortages, etc... Apparently, Knauz was able to come through for us. Perhaps they just treat and pay their employees well? We were subsequently treated like "kings & queens"! Really. Not only was the vehicle repaired back to it's originally newer state, Knauz BMW had paid for my Uber to the Chicago ORD airport Westin hotel upon dropping it off initially. In short, we will be coming back to shop when our needs arise at this dealership. We've always been treated quite well from start to finish! They handled the entire State Farm claim process pretty much. Highly recommend them. Ask for Rick Larsen (manager).

An employee of theirs hit me with a company vehicle and totaled my car as well as injuring my chest and shoulder. This was on 11/11/21 and I still do not have a replacement vehicle. I have been out of work and in pain because of Knauz Autopark. They have been actively unhelpful. I hope they treat their customers better than those they've hurt.
