They do not check the car or service the car before selling used cars. They told me that the car is good n running perfect, I go dodge dealership to get check out. It need new spark plugs. They wouldn’t cover or replace them, but I have a warranty with them for 90 days, but they won’t replace them or pay for it. I will never buy a car from this place ever again because they don’t service anything on used cars. Biggest liar ever.

Recently purchased a new 540 from Marek Gryc, I love the car, and Marek was a first class sales professional in every respect.
He a was on top of every aspect of the purchase making it a joy to conduct the transaction with the dealership.

Total disappointment at this dealership. Made an appointment but the salesman was MIA and when he decided to join us he was unprepared and didn’t have answers regarding the M2 we were interesting in. Then he left us hanging to go speak with another customer.
He follow up with inappropriate texting. The dealership didn’t act on the official complaint I filed through BMW USA (although the representative told me they would), so any potential answer to my review will be hypocritical.
I did find professionals to do business with in Milwaukee but I wanted to save potential customers from the ordeal we had to go through.

Incredibly disappointed by the service provided at Karl Knauz BMW today July 31st 2024. I brought my BMW x3 in for an oil change, and exterior & interior detail. When I picked up my car from the dealership my center display screen had multiple deep scratches that were immediately noticeable the moment you sit into the vehicle. These scratches were not there before the appointment and when I mentioned these to the service representative helping me he immediately stated that this was not caused by them. After he attempted to contact the detail shop where he brought back images of the interior of my vehicle which showcased no scratches on my center display screen. After this, the Director of Service and Parts Joe Coleman came out to offer me the option of paying $1,250.00 to have my screen replaced with a new screen. After hours of disagreement, they offered to cover the detailed cost of $259.00 and left me to drive home with over $2,500.00 of damage to my car that they caused. One of the service reps told me that if I wanted anything replaced I would need to take them to court to resolve this.
Highly suggest taking extra time to review your vehicle if you decide to have Karl Knauz BMW perform any services.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Simple process. None of that “making me sweat it out as the salesperson talked to his manager” stuff you’ve no doubt encountered in the past. Spencer was a great salesperson. I bought from out of state. I was in and out of the dealership with keys in my hand in about 2 hours. That included the test drive. I would definitely shop here again.

CAUTION! A long time customer of over 15 years. Service @Knauz has changed drastically. Tenured Service technicians have been replaced with newer/younger mechanics, only to rack up bills in the thousands of dollars with frequent visits. The quality has gone down hill, and poor service advisors.

I've been having my cars serviced here for 15-20 years. They've always done a really good job. We've had a hiccup or two but they've made up for it and that's normal over a long time period. The service advisors and service manager all do a great job. Trust me, not all BMW dealers are like this. Thanks.

I’ve been buying cars for over 40 years and this was the best dealership experience I’ve ever experienced! From the salesman Joe Gaynor to the finance manager Peter Gioulos, I was treated like my business matters and never felt sales pressure to make a decision on my purchase! A thank you goes out to Luke Wojtas for showing my wife and myself the ins and outs of the BMW M3! And lastly the car is insane, the drive home was way too short!

Not a good experience. This dealer is not competitive at all. Found a much better deal on a new bmw at another dealer. Salesperson I dealt with was not friendly and seem disinterested in making the sale. Wouldn’t waste my time looking to purchase from them when there are much better bmw dealers available.

Recently had an awesome experience with this dealership. Worked with Rolly! 5 stars he knows how to get things done. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone else also very good and efficient at what they do. Will return here for our next purchase.

You call Knauz to check on your vehicle, you get call center that is in a different location where they always tell you they sent message to service advisor to return calll but never get any return call. Between call center and advisors, the communication and/or feedback to customer is poor. Absolutely frustrating. Lack of communication and transparency by Knauz is not a place I would be willing to do any business with.

Overall worth it!
I found a used X3 with the spec I have been looking for nationwide over the last several months. I sent the dealer an email and so did my wife… unknowingly
Understandably this could create confusion; but the dealer sales team figured it out quickly and made sure we were working with the same sales rep (Bob G).
At first the dealers digital communication was a little slower than I anticipated and maybe not the most thorough.
I recognized that my wife and I added another complication into this as we were purchasing out of state.
None the less: the dealer presented a fair price and didn’t try to pack in any crazy fees. They supported us through the process accommodating our schedule and out of state title needs.
Peter G. was super in helping organize all documents and needs even for the out of state documents. He had everything prepped and ready for us when we arrived

I recently had an outstanding experience with the Knauz BMW Service Department, particularly with Paul. When I found myself in a jam, they went above and beyond by delivering my car to me and picking up the loaner. Their service is truly top-notch. Paul stands out for his excellent communication and accessibility, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Knauz BMW Service Department for their exceptional customer service and dedication.
