I was so worried because I have cloth seats and chipotle spilled in the passenger seat and chicken both had spilled on the floor. Both things caused staying and smells. “Platinum Werks is truly an amazing place. I’ve gotten my car washed here multiple times and every single time I leave impressed with the quality of service. The employees are always friendly. they treat you like more than just another customer. The owner is also very kind and clearly cares about his customers and their needs. I especially want to mention their receptionist she was excellent. From the moment I pulled up, she greeted me and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She didn’t just point me in the right direction; she made sure I was fully taken care of, answered my questions clearly, and explained the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Her professionalism and kindness showed how much she cares about the customers who walk through the door. Another thing that really impressed me was the difference in my car before and after the wash. When I first arrived, my car was dusty, dull, and had A bunch of bugs on my hood and window. After they finished, it looked completely transformed very clean, shiny, and like new again. The attention to detail is outstanding, from the exterior finish down to the small touches inside. No matter when I come in, I can always count on my car being taken care of the right way. I’ve recommended Platinum Werks to my friends and family, and I’ll continue to do so because I know they’ll be in good hands here.

“This was my first visit here. The sign to the left says express, and the right lane says full service; however, once you turn the corner, they all go through the same AUTOMATIC car wash. As I was trying to read the sign, there was a lady customer blowing like a mad woman. I had to get out and ask for directions. I chose the PLATINUM FULL SERVICE. The staff was nice. 15 minutes later, they told me my car was ready. The running boards still had mud splatter, the passenger seat and trunk had not been vacuumed, the door jams all had water running down them, the front grill and window still had bug splatter. There are black smudges on my leather that weren’t even there when I arrived. Whatever they sprayed in the interior is now chalky so I assume it was not the right chemical for my material. There was a smudge on my seat (make up) the gentleman told me that’s a detailers job. Absolutely not, I wipe this off all the time with AmorAll. When I asked why my car was half done, he said, sometimes the guys “forget”. It’s 9am. I watched them dry my car so I have no idea when they actually did three coats of wax as quoted in the platinum package. But I did notice one of the gentleman drying my car, kept looking at the lady who was blowing at me as if she was talking to him. I was inside, so I cannot confirm that she told him not to do a good job. But this was a horrible car wash. I feel like I got an express wash, but paid for a PLATINUM. No scent was included. I do appreciate him taking the time to try to make sure I was happy before I left, but as you can see in the photos they just didn’t pay attention to detail. Disappointed.”

“I was extremely happy with my experience at waterway car wash today. Not only does my car look immaculate but the staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure every little area on my car was clean after our long family road trip. Another nice surprise was the retail store and waiting room areas. The retail store has a nice selection of snacks and drinks and also very clean with friendly staff members. The waiting area outdoors had very comfortable seating options, and the indoor area with nice and cool on this hot day as well. We will definitely be back and refer our friends and family. A big shout out to Dylan, Chris, Jeshua, and Tyler for a great experience!”

“Thanks for getting my car back to me in a short amount of time. I stayed in the waiting area while the Denali XL was being worked on. Also appreciate you being flexible with getting the truck done on Monday 11/17 rather than the following day. Don't know how there was a mix-up but Alex accommodated me by saying he could get me in, no problem.
Also, Sal worked on the vehicle and was so proud of his work! He encouraged me to test the finish by sliding my hand along the paint, smooth, nice, right? Hahaha! Yes, Sal, it was done right!
Anyhoo, also appreciate the wash before the wax and the cleaning inside the vehicle, seats and mats wiped. I didn't have time for a more detailed interior clean but maybe next time as the vehicle is still somewhat new. Just thanks for running the November wax special, it's worth the time and application to keep the season's inevitable corrosive salt spray away from your vehicle's paint job!”

“Been going here for about 4 years now and I’ve always gotten their $20 full service with hot wax and tires and a free wash. Always had SVUs and never had a prob with this place not hitting my trucks in every spot that needed to be cleaned. The issue ive had is with the vacuums sometimes not having great suction or not working at all. In the past 4 years it’s only happened a couple times and moving over a space or so worked for me. Outside of that, great spot for a quick wash.”

“The Shell soft touch Wash Service resolved my issue. The wash is not owned by the Shell, but by a separate company. They compensated me for scratches that I believe occurred when I heard a clicking noise going through the reciprocating washer in June (vertical scratch marks every 2 feet along the top of my passenger side doors). The fastest path to resolution is to ask Billy (the Wash Manager) to give you the 1-800 number and leave a message. RESOLVED”
