We’ve been bringing our dog here for daycare several times a week for over two years now. She gets so excited every time to go play and socialize during our boring work-from-home days and she comes home exhausted each time.Everyone of the staff is wonderful and has been very helpful when we call to schedule, pickup/drop off, and even planning overnight boarding. Their prices are very reasonable (we buy the daycare packages) and it’s a great way to help give our dog a change of pace throughout the week on days when we are tied up with work.

We contacted Bark n Park to arrange to have our dog boarded. We spent 20 minutes on the phone and scheduled a "interview" appointment before we they would board him. Then we spent another 20 minutes filling out the forms that are required. We just received a call back that because our male dog has not been spayed they won't take him. Maybe this should be the first question you ask - saving everyone a ton of time. Especially when you change your policy for the same dog!

Called as a new daycare customer for my 8 month old Great Dane. During our conversation I was TOLD that they could not have her passed 9 months if she was not spayed. The RISK of her going into heat was too much. I was then TOLD that I was not likely to find a facility that was any different with their requirements.Fortunately I WAS able to find a facility that was not paralyzed by the thought of having to crate her on the off chance she went into heat while in their care.You are entitled to have your policies. You just might want to work on your TELLING of them.But hey, I’m just one customer.

Worst place ever, if I could rate negative stars I would.. they throw things at they’re dogs, such as garbage can lids and metal buckets... very unprofessional and super rude staff

Very nice people and my dog comes home tired! We take her to small dog play group every other week. Affordable and it's great for her to exercise and socialize! Also, they check vaccination records with your vet which was very important to me in looking at a daycare.Their behavior requirements are a little looser than other places, which is perfect for us. I have a stubborn girl who is social but a little shy. Other places had more strict requirements but if your dog is friendly towards other dogs, you're in here. There's no way my girl would have passed at some places I looked at so I'm very glad for their assessment!

It's been 10 years now, and our one dog coming there has now become our 3 dogs. Thanks for always taking care of our guys like family.

I called today to cancel our reservation for spring break since the govt is closing entry and exits from different countries. Argentina has announced they won't allow travelers from the US in March because of the Corona virus spread. I asked for a refund of the deposit but the receptionist refused unless someone else used the spot. Given that this is unlikely since everyone is being forced to cancel spring break it is very disappointing that they have taken this stance. We have use Bark and Park multiple times in the past for extended vacations up to 2 weeks and our dog is happy there so very disappointed that they will not be more considerate, especially given that airlines, hotels, tours and everyone else is doing refunds

The place is convenient for us, when we are able to be scheduled for daycare. They are always too booked for us, or closed/unavailable. I asked specific questions so we can make plans if unable to have daycare for her,but everything is "unsure". We drop off our dog sometimes for the whole day, and get comments like "don't forget we lock them up in their crate at 5pm until pick up". I don't know what that is supposed to mean, like we shouldn't leave her there until closing cuz they feel bad, in which case they shouldn't lock her up until pick up than. When we call, we tend to be upsetting someone because they have a tone or attitude when they speak. 3 stars because our dog does seem to have a good time if we can get booked or if we pick her up before they lock her up.

Our puppy was pooped when he got home and I was able to set something up extremely last minute and they were so accomadating and hospitable about it
