After years of going with a real tree I decided to do extensive research & decided to use Treetime. I was debating between 2 trees and decided to contact customer service. Had a simply AMAZING experience! A great conversation ensued with the wonderful Marsha and while we were chatting she referenced an article that had been in last year’s newspaper and saw our tree. She immediately recommended The Victorian and I couldn’t be happier! Plus my usual 20 hours it would take to string the lights and hang the hundreds of ornaments was cut in half! I was able to get to “the fun part” and realized that there would no longer be the dreaded after Christmas mess and major project of dragging out the dead tree. Or the daily stress of checking the water, decorating a tree only to find it start to sag a couple weeks later. I simply couldn’t be happier with the results! It’s so pretty I might just leave it up until Valentine’s Day. ??The only thing I would note is that we had to improvise on putting up the star. It requires a dedicated sturdy stem so I solved the problem by finding a straight tree branch and attaching it with florists tape.

After forever having real Christmas trees ( some cut down ourselves) we made the decision of exploring an artificial one-a VERY hard choice. We have also gone to a table top size instead of floor height (for variety of reasons). Did a LOT of research (Come on - a VERY hard but important process) and realistically not expecting anything close to the real thing. Have seen so many bad types that we remained skeptical. Also, with our table top needs, we try to look at about a 5 foot tall tree. Narrowed down to looking at Treetime and Balsam Hill. Given the available styles, heights for our space needs, costs and reviews, we went with the Treetime 5 foot Stockton Spruce-unlit (full tree, not a table top model). Received last night by FedEx within a few days of our order. Set up last night-got the hang of how to layer, unfold and arrange the sturdy branches fairly quickly. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and appearance of the tree! Looks really good and suits our needs very well, so far. Looking forward to decorating tonight! Consider this to be a very worthy choice and decision. Still-different from a real tree but looks like a good substitute.

Ordered one of the 18ft long garlands online and I'm really happy with it! It's a lot thicker than ones you can find on Amazon, and you can shape each "branch" to make it look the way you want. The plug runs about 3ft from the end, so you might need an extension cord depending on where you want it. While the one I got is not perfectly realistic, I still think it's way better than other options out there. I'd say it's worth the price!

Delightful Christmas tree and decorations store!!! Lots to see!!! Located In an industrial park area but follow the signs and you won't be disappointed. Heading there for the second time in two weeks!!!

One employee there, an elder woman, that made a comment to my wife and 7 month old daughter ruined my experience of this place and made us put our items back and leave. My wife who is the sweetest woman I know was upset and didn’t want to come back here. Thought I would let you guys know. Probably not a good idea for you to interrupt a mom and child enjoying themselves then tell them the chair they are sitting in is $6000. Especially when 3 other families were enjoying themselves in the display and no one bothered them. Poor experience and not the “merry” thing to do. And no she wasn’t even being nice just snarky and pompous. I’ll take my business somewhere else thank you.

I've been going here for a few years now. You can tell who the first time visitors are, they walk around with their mouths open in awe of the holiday splendor. I made a mistake by bringing my wife and mom this year, I hope the credit card survives. But seriously, this place is the go-to for tasteful holiday decorating.

I've bought 3 Christmas tress at Treetime over the years, and been very happy with the first two and look forward to the 3rd one arriving! The staff has been very helpful and friendly!

I typically do not write reviews however this called for a review. First off I will start by saying their showroom is beautiful and products are outstanding. The customer service I received by Joanne was hands down the worst I have been treated and she should not be working at a job that requires you to interact with people. I had visited Treetime back in January. Drove an hour to get there and spent another hour picking out a tree. The order form was written up and I was told they do bulk orders and they will call before the order is placed to make sure I still want the tree and take my credit card information. February came around and I realized I never got a call. I sent an email from their website. Joanne promptly replied and the first sentence of the reply back was "I'm sorry but I have no idea what you are referring to." I gave her a call and explained what I was told, that I had a picture of my order form and she acted like I was making this all up. Her solutions was "I don't know what to tell you, nothing is here." I asked to speak with the manager and was told "We don't just give out managers contact information." So I emailed her a copy of the order form and she then told me she can no longer offer the $100 off promo but she would put in a new order at the current price or I can take my luck waiting for another sale in July. At this point I was so frustrated with how rude she was that I placed an order at Balsam Hill and it has already shipped. Stay away from Treetime, the customer service and how they treat people is awful.

A friend gave me a gift from Tree Time. An LED glass globe "candle". It came defective. I contacted customer service to avoid having to involve my friend in the return/correction. I cant believe how rude their customer service representative ( I think she was JoAnne) was on a simple inquiry. Unfortunately I had to get my friend involved and she was also treated rudely by the same person. I was going to order other items from this company, but now you couldn't pay me to deal with them.They did finally refund my friends money and I will look elsewhere for a comparable replacement.

AWESOME service, we purchased a tree in 2021 & had section of our tree that would not light up this year (2022) explained the situation and they sent us a new section within 3 days of our conversation. That's first class service !!!

We bought our tree here a few years ago and we absolutely love it! It is so beautiful and we have never had an issue with the lights as a few other people mention. Our lights work great every year. Every person who sees it is convinced it is real and when they find out it is fake they are amazed and ask where we got it from. We can't wait to set it up every year and the staff there was wonderful and very helpful. They really took the time to answer all of our questions.

Want to give Darlene (Manager) a great review for her assistance on helping us select a new artificial tree for our home. Darlene really stepped up when she saw us in need of more information and let us know all about the construction of the trees, our choices and what other items to consider (a good storage bag). The tree we chose was the Clarendon due to it's very realistic branches. It's a great product and we are very happy with the way it looks and with our entire experience at treetime. Thank you Darlene, you made a big difference!

Realistic looks, shape and lights are gorgeous. Price a little on the steep side. Cons, connecting the electrical plugs. A nightmare! Spent more time trying to locate the miniature, look a like connectors than desired. As nice as the tree looks, not sure if it was worth the time spent assembling it.

Bought my tree here 3yrs ago, brought it in to address a light issue as this is my first fake tree. Within 20 mins they diagnosed problem and fixed it free of charge! Now that's customer service! Anyone looking for an artificial tree should definitely go here! Thanks again treetime!

No options for less then one start. If there were I wouldn't give any stars. Horrible horrible! Customer service!!! I was hung up on! Whoever the lady was that I spoke with today 11/18/2022 was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to let me speak to a manager and claimed she was the manager. I asked to speak to her boss and she said there is no boss to speak to and hung up.
