I watched the video of Sunny's (10lb mini dachshund) enrichment training teaching him how to heal and what i viewed in the video is a trainer who was frustrated yell at my dog and then partially picked him up only to push him harshly towards the back wall then pull his leash and make him cry. That is on a 10 second video I cannot even imagine what happens when the camera is not rolling. I can't believe that's how they would treat a 5 month old puppy. We will not be returning. If I could give 0 stars I would.

So friendly! Super clean! Fur baby is always so excited when we pull into the parking lot. Best part is she's super tired at the end of the day!!

BEST PLACE EVER! Every day I get to see my friends, learn new things and feel safe. Its always clean and bright and we always have someone watching over us to make sure we play nice with one another.

Lengthy review but I promise it’s worth it, especially if you have a nervous/anxious pup.I moved to the area about 3 months ago & if you’ve ever moved with a dog- you know it’s just as much as a transition for them as it yourself.I have a dog who was a pandemic pup who I raised in the rural south & I was pretty nervous about moving him up to a metropolitan area. I knew finding him a daycare was going to be quintessential for his success. I wasn’t sure how he would take to it, but I’m happy to report that it has been an amazing experience.What I have loved about Tailchasers is that they originally listened to my concerns about his anxiety and skepticism for new scenarios. Their daily routine has proven to be helpful for my dog & I can tell that Sarah, Allison, Diane and the rest of the staff really care about the dogs entrusted to their care.Their daily report cards are fun bonus to the day and the biggest factor of all: my dog loves being there. So much so, he would run to Tailchasers from my house if I’d let him.He went from being so nervous to even go in the front door to being filled with excitement once we arrive in the parking lot.I’m super grateful to have found a place that I feel safe and confident bringing my dog to.

We love Barrington Pet Resort! We have two poodles, one youngster and one older dog. The young dog is visibly excited when we arrive and goes straight to the door to the kennels. The older dog gets confused and is on medication. The staff are very good with him and have ambassador dogs to help him out. I love the daily report cards and many options for play time!

Have used Tailchasers for several years now and never once had an issue. They are have always been flexible with requests or cancellations on shorter notice. More importantly I know my dog will be taken care of.

Although more expensive than other dog care locations, you definitely get qualify care for your pup. I get daily pics, and any command information my dog may have learned that day. My dog also comes home smelling as I dropped him off and simply exhausted (both mental and physical stimulation). Definitely well worth the cost if you can afford it.

Matt, Randa, their children and staff help to make every experience wonderful for your furry friends! Leaving my pets with them I know they will be happy loved and active with many kind people and dogs.

Would never go back. Both my dogs got kennel cough and pneumonia, and cost almost 1,000 in medical bills. They were also both up to date on all vaccines, including the bortadella. Barrington pet resort offered no compensation for medical bills, or even reimbursement on our visit or future credit towards another stay. When the dogs were dropped off, we saw rows of dogs sitting on metal crates. was horrific
