“Overall its a great place, lots of awesome toys and treats to pick from. I emailed them on Sunday to order my pup her 1st bday cookie, slightly clueless Ive never ordered for a pet before. I was asked promptly what I wanted for her and gave the details. She said it would be ready by Wednesday at the time I chose(2pm). Wednesday got here and I called to see if I could pick it up at 12 pm instead. They didnt see my order form so he made a new one saying itll be ready at 12. Awesome! When I got there, he said he was expecting a paper order form not an email. Thats fine. However when I got home, a 30 minute drive, I looked at it and it definitely looks like a rush job. My 10yr old could have done better. For $16 it could have looked a little nicer like on their website. Im sure she will enjoy it anways, a little disappointed in presentation.”

“When my brother's trailer broke down near the Indiana border, the only store within 2 hours that was still open until 9pm was this Tractor Supply. He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. We cannot express enough our appreciation for this store's associate for going the extra mile for us during an emergency!”

I shop there regularly and for every visit, the team caters to every need and any question or heavy lifting and go above and beyond (even when I couldn’t be there physically due to an emergency situation, they managed a special order and delivery to my horse when I couldn’t shop and expedite!). I always feel the ‘small town’ vibe there…shop at Wauconda TS and they are all friends who care! I can tell that the team members are happy with their work because I’m always greeted with a smile and eagerness to serve.The community who shops there too, is a special one… Wauconda’s Tractor Supply has a great following! Equine Products are readily available and more is wanted! ***The Apparel section needs more variety, because I will buy at my favorite store in town, location presents itself for having bigger names (ariat) and more apparel and seasonal gear.
