I got a no-chip pedicure completely peeled off within 10 days. I was very careful and didn’t do anything that should have caused this to happen. They repaired chipped nails twice for me about a week later, which was nice of them but very disappointed that it didn’t even last 2 weeks.

My mom and I set up a mani/pedi appointment together.
Unfortunately, it didn't really work out where we both had our own Tech for the manucure, and it felt a little rushed. My mom didn't really get the Massage portion she paid for.
Not the best job, But great pedicure massage chairs. Decent price- $55 included the extra massage time with the pedicure, as well as a sugar scrub.
She sponsors a lot of different spa type procedures as well. Those need to be arranged with the independent techs in advance.

I have been going to JJ's for 6 years now. Sophia the owner is a lovely woman and has a gift for working with ingrown nails. She's like a surgeon when digging them out. I love my pedicures and how she cares for my feet! Her salon is relaxing with low lights and soft music. She offers a variety of nail services. Also, provides waxing and permanent makeup. Asana provides Reiki for stress, anxiety, and more. I feel great after a session with her!

I had a Quantum-Reiki session with Asana. She is a very good energy healer. I felt so much better after the session. I will definitely be going back for more sessions.

I love this place. I drive from Crystal Lake because it's the best nail salon I've ever been to. I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else. Sophea the owner is wonderful. She is very kind and accommodating. She's also extremely talented. As is her staff. Being a single male walking into a nail salon can be a little intimidating. I felt so at ease and welcomed from the moment I walked into JJ's. I still feel that after going here for a couple years now. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Please do yourself a favor and go visit. Thank you Sophea!

I love this place. From day one they have made me feel so welcomed and included. Sophea is amazing! Her conversation is always fun, witty, upbeat and interesting. Her staff is wonderful too. Julie from the Relaxation Station always makes a point to come say hello and chat with me as well. It's like walking into Cheers! My nails are always done so well. I refuse to go anywhere else. The prices are super modest. I've never felt rushed. It's just the best nail salon I've gone to. I recommend JJ's to everyone. If you're considering getting your nails done, this is the place to go IMHO.

My all-time favorite place for nails Sophia is a Marvel and so is Shane. They treat you like family and they are incredibly good at their jobs. Highly recommend JJ's nails.

Went in because I dropped a log on my foot and the big toe nail was about to come off. They did an amazing job repairing it and am so grateful I don’t have to live without a toenail now! (Plus being a dude it was kinda nice to be spoiled for a little bit!!).Thank you and will be back. ????

My friend and I called last minute and they told us to come on in for two full sets of acrylics. This was my first time there. They had started my nails 20-30 mins before my friends, yet somehow I finished last anyways. I don't mind waiting for a set of some good acrylics, yet they were very thick and uneven. My nail tech didn't talk to me at all, yet the nail tech was very bubbly and friendly. The acrylics came out to $70, which is pretty pricey considering they weren't the best I've seen. I tipped $20 (29% tip) because I was thankful for the last minute fit. However, I had gotten my nails done Wednesday and the by the following Saturday, ALL 10 of my nails popped off. I have a tendency to CRACK nails, but these straight up came off in one piece. My glue ons last longer than these $70 acrylics. These are by far the worst acrylics I have ever gotten, and they were pretty pricey considering they didn't last nor look nice. I never write reviews but after 5/10 nails of my came off, I figured it would be a waste of my time to go back and get it fixed. It wasn't just one nail, but all 10.

Took two hours and 30min for a full set which is absolutely insane. My nails are so thick and lengths are uneven between both hands. Will not be returning. Waste of $75.
