“I have been with First American since they were Southport Bank. I love the bank and employees. But I had a situation of a fraud on my account. And was not pleased at all what I was told. But decided I’m not going to stress over it. Lesson learned.”
“I really like this Bank and all the people that work in it. They are very efficient and friendly. My biggest gripe is that at the drive-in window they don't make the far left window for business transactions. Somebody simply depositing a check should use any other lane. I typically have large Bank envelopes filled with deposits for my business. And I sit in line and wait for Joe average when there are other lanes open and available that I simply cannot use. This is an inconvenience to another wise great bank to do business with.”
