The girls up front are always a bit short and rude IMO. Dr. McCully is great but I feel like the other vet is dismissive. Recently, I called in with an emergency and needing an emergency visit (cat with a bladder blockage who ended up needing surgery). I was put on hold and the girl never came back. I hung up and ended up going to another vet who was absolutely wonderful.

I have been going to this clinic for more than 20 years. Always excellent Service and care. I have 2 dogs that are cancer free and healthy due to the care they received from Charlie and Maggie.

I brought in my furbaby for a checkup and an evaluation for some issues my baby was having . Sadly , it was discovered that his health was seriously jeopardized and I had to send him over the Rainbow Bridge. The Doctor and staff were so compassionate and did not try to pressure me in surgeries or treatments that would not give him the quality of life . They gave us time to say our goodbyes and on the way out, heartfelt condolences. Im very grateful to all the staff during this heartbreaking moment . Your kindness and compassion truly shows . Thank you for all you did for Jay Jay.

I have been going to this vet since I was a little girl. My family always trusted them with our animals. I highly recommend them to any one who need a vet that care about your pet.

Was not looking for extra shots doctor slipped them in. Please make sure if you go to this veterinary office that you're getting clarity on what they're giving your animal.
Paid extra $72 for unnecessary services.

We drove from Peoria to Lacon, after hearing glowing reviews. My dauchsund needed teeth cleaning an other medical care. The staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly loves animals.Promptly put into a room and Dr. Charlie came in introducing himself. He was warm, thorough, went thru what would be done that day, answering all my questions. Didn't feel rushed, plus he picked up on previously, missed things.We love our fur baby and are grateful, for the professional expert care Stuart received. His teeth are pearly white.My dog is a rescue an doesn't care for men. He let Dr. Charlie exam him, like they were buddies . Just Amazing!These are the high standards our fur babies deserve.
