Oil W on the windshield sticker doesn't match Oil W on the receipt. Parts department didn't have it in stock, I checked. So they told me to wait for 2 hours and at the end they still screw me up. I've been there 3 times and every time I had a problem with their service.

Hands down, worst customer service I have ever received, especially from a manager. I highly suggest not to waste your time and go to a different dealership. The manager was unprofessional and very ignorant. He did not give me an opportunity to test drive a car based on my ethnicity. He told me, I am was unable to test drive the vehicle and increased the sticker price by 20k. Ford really needs to let this manager go as he just lost a paying customer due to disrespect and price gauging.
