the large woman with glasses and a mask is always so hostile. Asked me if I was dropping off a package which I was, it just had to be scanned. She refused to take me and said “ok so you’re NOT dropping off a package” like if you hate your job you know you can quit right? No need to be so adverse…

Super rude and did not do her job(first window, an older white lady), I just left and went to another location.

We love the way we taken care of at this location, as this is where our houses mail comes through. Most of the employees know us by face and names for the most part.
I will never understand the front counter staff, as they see customers in lines and do not come to help, please explain the thoughts.

Kenneth, a new addition to the counter, is excellent. He’s friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks for your ? service!

I use too like going there but they only had one person behind the counter. I couldn't get waited on since some lady was holding up the line with questions.

Don’t go there for passport services. Extremely rude, not even bothering to help or explain. I was shocked by the attitude and rudeness of the employee on the first window (older white lady) had. For a moment I wanted to ask her why is she so rude but then I figured that will be me coming down to her level so I just left. The Hodgkins Libary were more than pleasant and fast in processing my passport application.

I ship things regularly and have made a point to avoid using this post office. Staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. Government employment at its finest.

I went to get my daughter's and my passport and they no longer wanted to attend to me. I had the appointment at 12:15 pm. I arrived at that time with my daughter who has autism and she told me that I had to make another appointment to get the passport. because they were no longer going to serve me... 03/30/24 The truth is that the employees need to be nicer to customers.

This post office is hit or miss with nice or rude employees. Luckily, I only had a grumpy woman once and once you match their energy, they lighten up. However, most other times, I've spoken to a very kind employee who started recognizing me during the few months when my work location had a mail hold. She would see me come through the door and already head to the back to get our company mail. She was a pleasure, I wish I knew her name.

The lady who works the evening shift one of the worst people I’ve ever encountered. She’s a rotten soul. I’ve never said that about anyone. Miserable human being

This was my first time here and yes it was very busy time and I was getting very frustrated that there was only one person working at the counter so I decided to use the self check out. With my luck my receipt printed but my postage did not. Back to the line I went, the kind gentleman let me back into where I was previously and the staff was very polite and helpful to address my concerns quickly. Despite tensions being high and grumpy patrons they were able to make everything correct within a short amount of time. Cindy, Kenneth & the African American lady with the braces and bangs (didn’t catch her name) where absolutely nothing short of superb.
